I have been to Pets r US Commerce City location, twice, for my pups health check and treatment. Dr. Soliman and her staff are awesome. Great communication, clear explanation of the symptoms and the cure and the next steps, very polite and professional. Any nervous ness I had of visiting the Pet Hospital, is now gone. I am thankful for the care they took of my pup, Happy!

I used this vet because they're right around the corner from me. Unfortunately, what they provide in convenience is overshadowed by their general negligence and low standard of care. I want to specify that all of the staff members are kind and genuinely seem to like animals. My issue is with the medical care my german shepherd received.

My dog had a lumpectomy on July 15th. Two days later, she removed her drain during the night. She had chewed it. The day after she took her drain out, she had a post op appointment. I told the staff I was concerned about her leaving part of the drain in as there had been pieces of it in her bed. They looked her over and said everything was fine.

Over the following weeks she had two more post op visits to check her sutures. About ten days after her sutures were removed, her incision site became inflamed and she had fluid drained.

Even after four post op checks, no one caught that my concern was warranted and part of the drain was still inside. I pulled approximately four inches of it out on September 24. Over 2 months since she had the surgery. I'm disappointed and disheartened by this lack of care. Additionally, it took three tries to get medical records sent to me. Once the records were sent, it became clear that the Dr wasn't completely honest as the biopsy had explicitly stated that not all the cancer was removed.

I have since moved to a new vet. I recommend staying away from this one. I've attached a photo of the drain I removed myself on my kitchen floor after two months of the "professionals" missing it.

We came to Pets R Us for a second opinion and we are very happy that we did! They caught the fact that my dog tore a ligament and was going to need surgery. BIG surgery. Scared and unaware of what was to come, naturally, we had a million questions, but Dr Solomon and all the staff answered ALL of my questions and did a fantastic job at putting our minds at ease. Dr Solimon has taken wonderful care of our Great Dane fur babies for several years now. When we first came to her, we had just gotten a new puppy after our previous dane died suddenly under another vet’s care. We were traumatized and scared to put our new dog under anesthesia. Dr Solimon has been kind and sensitive to our needs. Staff contact us immediately after surgeries with updates to soothe our nerves. When another one of our dogs ripped stitches open and the wound got infected, Dr Solimon helped us right away. Whether it is a medical emergency or routine care, Dr Solimon and her staff have been reliable, skilled, and compassionate. Our dogs are important members of our family and I’m so glad we have great medical care for them!

Dr. Solimon has been our vet in aurora for many, many years. She has taken care of all our dogs. Recently, we moved to Southern Brighton and I was looking around the area for a vet with good reviews. Imagine our delight at finding her second location so close by. Best Vet in the area! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t give Dr. Soliman enough kudos. I still remember the first time I met her, I believe it was 2017, and she was simply gracious. When she met me, she just made me feel so good to be at her clinic with my babies. One of my three babies is currently ill and we’re having to do the sub q fluids. Dr. Solomon always makes sure I understand what is happening. She has even called me back on a day when the clinic was closed. I honestly don’t know what I would do if I had to find a new veterinarian. I hope to be able to bring my babies to this clinic for many, many, many more years.

I have a 14 year old cat who has slowly been going downhill for the last 2 years. I was taking him to another vet and everything they did just wasn't working. I decided to take him to Pets R Us and let me tell you, I have my cat back! Dr. Soliman thought outside the box and discovered he had really bad hips. My other vet never even checked his hips. He is now on life-long medication and has his quality of life back. No more sleeping all day in the basement, instead he is spending time with us again. I can't thank Dr. Soliman and Pets R Us enough for giving us our kitty back!

We had an emergency with our dog and our regular vet was over a week out (our regular vet is also an emergency vet) and refused to take him. We called this vet when they opened and got him in that day! They were able to find the issue and walk us through his care. He is feeling a lot better and should do well going forward! I definitely will be using this vet from now on. It’s also right in my neighborhood!!
