Called on Saturday morning and Michelle answered the phone. They had an 11:30 opening for my Frenchie to have a consult and anal gland expression. Staff was very friendly and proficient. Glad to have another vet option in town! Hours are great and so are the prices. $70 for new patient consult, $26. for anal glands, $52 for ear flush and cleaning.

My puppy Dexter Morgan has seen Dr. Dorsey twice for ear infections. They took great care of him and he’s almost all better. The staff is very attentive and caring. I recommend this vet.

Excellent with cats! Hallelujah!!
Took our 5 to VetHaven at Petsmart in Casa Grande for health exams and vaccines. Dr. Jarrod Dorsey and his staff handled all of our cats with kindness providing them with excellent care. Dr. Dorsey patiently answered all of our questions addressing our concerns. He is knowledgeable and up to date with current medical therapies including innovative alternatives. Offering an array of these treatments which one of our cats requires. Friendly, upbeat and professional staff who display a positive attitude. Highly recommend! *Thank you heroes*

If I could leave no stars I would! What kind of so called medical practice tells a pet owner to just not do any blood work only because I didn't want to pay over 1,000 dollars for my dog to be seen and treated. The blood work was 60 dollars I did not mind doing that so I could at least know what is going on with my dog but then to tell me not to even get the blood work done is just suspect. Not to mention I was advised by the front desk person that my dogs first visit would be free for the exam after using the QR code on they website so I did that and used the code only to be told after the exam that they charging me 70 dollars for the exam after I was told it would be free. Never recommend this place nor would I even buy from them either just a horrible experience all the way around.

So glad our PetSmart has the clinic and staff that we have. Every member of the team that I have met has always been so kind with my pets and myself. The care they have received has been top notch and I am thrilled to be able to get in pretty quickly! Dr Dorsey is fantastic.
