If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! We recently got a new puppy, Mabel, and have been bringing her to Dr. Hilliard since the day we got her! Mabel LOVES going to the vet and Dr. Hilliard has been so helpful answering all questions, giving advice and helping us adjust to our new life with a puppy. We joined their VIP program, and being able to text them with any questions or concerns has been SO worth it. We live right next door to the vet, but even when we are traveling they have been beyond helpful.

Wow wow wow! I cannot begin to describe how incredibly impressed I was by petvet365. Trying to take 3 LARGE dogs to get checked up is not for the faint of heart! Pet vet made the experience so easy and manageable even if we did look like a three rings circus act coming in. My 6year old golden is a timid guy who typically pees on himself and shakes when we would take him to the vet. But this time our big was happily enjoying playing with the toys and even started to NAP!!! He was that relaxed. The other two fur babies were also pretty happy with the toys and lick mats! I really enjoyed Dr. Hilbrand explanation of my options for preventive are for the 3 pups. She was thoughtful and caring. 1000000/10 would recommend.

Such a wonder experience going to this vet. Dr. Hilliard and Dr. Tan along with all the staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They are so gentle with my spicy cat, and they give her lots of treats. They are caring and they really take their time in assessing her. The rooms are decorated nicely and seem well thought out to get a cat comfortable in a new space. Very welcoming atmosphere in my opinion. I usually feel stress when going to the vet and is probably why my cat ends up anxious, but with PetVet365 I worry less knowing that my girl is in good hands.

We are so thankful to have found PetVet365 in Westminster. Dr. Hilliard, Dr. Tan, all the Vet Techs and support staff have been nothing short of fantastic. We started looking for a new vet for our fur family, after some negative experiences at another local vet which we had been using for years. To say that we came with some baggage and some real, fresh trauma would be an understatement. The Westy team has been so amazing at creating a welcoming, supportive, fear-free atmosphere for not only our dog Canyon, but for us too! At our first visit, we found out that she likely needed a TPLO surgery which we had suspected. We were very hesitant to undergo such an extensive surgery with a new vet, but Dr Hilliard and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we felt comfortable going forward, as well as making the process as stress-free for our girl as possible. We received updates via text and phone calls about the progress of her surgery which was so helpful at easing our nerves. Their communication following the procedure has been incredible and they are quick to answer questions or respond when we've had concerns. The team really takes time to get to know you and your pet, and show genuine care and compassion in their treatment. If your pet has any vet anxiety or reactivity, this is your place! We honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this place and how they have helped us navigate the care for our girl.

The Best vet experience by far! You go straight to the exam room that’s set up like a living room and are taken care of immediately. Dr. Hillard and Dr. Tan are both very knowledgeable, professional and nice. The entire staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about the animals and love their job. I highly recommend Petvet 365 to all my family and friends. Thank you for giving our baby Zoey the best care for a long happy life.

I can't say enough about this vet practice! Our family just moved back home to Colorado and we were in the chaos of unpacking and settling in when our 13yr old dog suddenly began displaying that he was in pain and ill. In that moment of concern and panic I did what we all do and went to Google to find a vet. I made the choice to take my, "Old Man", a.k.a. Milo, to PetVet365 in Westminster.
I couldn't have possibly made a better decision. Dr. Hilliard and Dr. Larson were knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly in that particular moment, compassionate. Milo is not the first dog who has been a member of our family; but he is the first dog who was my daughter's to care for. My daughter has some developmental challenges and she was so scared, sad and concerned. The Dr. showed her genuine empathy and that word compassion, which we seem to be low on in our world today.

We have two other members of our family, my Anatolian Shepherd, Drogon and the King of our castle, a tabby cat who goes by Red. That is when he graces us hoomans with his feline attention. I wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else.

Dr. Hilliard and the staff at PetVet 365 is hands-down the best veterinarian office I have found. Dr. Hillard is thorough, compassionate and actually follows up. Unfortunately, I lost my lab due to some unknown problems that we had not discovered yet. We had only just started seeing Dr. Hillard when my pup passed away in her sleep, and Dr. Hillard was so kind that she offered to come and help me to pick her up to transport her. She goes above and beyond and the entire staff is so kind thank you.

Small vet business owned by passionate pet lovers. All rooms are staged beautifully with fun amenities and clean.

All staff are friendly and helpful. During my visit my cat had a little more eye blinking than I was used to seeing so he came in for a visit. The vet took time to answer any questions I had and I had a great experience here.

There is free parking in the parking garage which is only a 60 second walk from the front door.

Free wifi in the rooms for longer visits, and calming music.

Coffee and snacks in the front area for humans too.
