Couldn’t recommend more. Recently switched to PetVet365 and we are so pleased. My dog has seen Dr Brooks, Wall, and Ossi. He hates being restrained or getting poked for vaccines/blood draws but the vets, techs, and rest of the staff go above and beyond to get him happy and playing beforehand to keep him distracted and fear free. They answer any questions you might have and don’t judge if you’re a nervous/anxious pet owner.

This is the first time we have been here and we had to put our fur baby to sleep! I Can not tell you how wonderful, compassionate, kind, sympathetic everyone was there and will definitely go back! I love this veterinarian. The atmosphere is wonderful. It feels like a living room instead of a sterile medical facility. The staff is wonderful. Their upfront about the options and pricing associated with everything. I didn't feel like I was talking to a pushy salesperson, and compared to other vet's, their pricing is very reasonable. Do get me wrong, vet's are not cheap, but my recent expensive visit would have been tripple at the 2 other vets I've been going to. I 100% recommend them.

My previous main vet was bought out by some national conglomerate, and has new staff that doesn't care. They looked at my Sweet Girl and said, "she's elderly, so there's not much we can do." Not PetVet365, they said, "Age is not a disease." Had I taken my Sweet Girl to PetVet365 three months ago, I think she would be doing better than she is now, but she has a fighting chance with them.

She's 16.75 years old, and had I not brought her here this week, I would have had to put her down already. I'm truly grateful for what extended time I have with my Sweet Girl. Will that be an extra week or 2 for me and everyone who loves her to say goodbye and for her to be stable and comfortable or do I get an extra year with a great quality of life? Time will tell, but I'm grateful nevertheless.

Took my 10 week old puppy and the staff was super friendly. I love how you get your own room so it makes a calmer overall experience. They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable.

I’ve taken both of my new kittens there for preventative care and one sick visit. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. The vet tech Taylor and Dr. Brooks were both amazing!! They were super thorough with everything and answered all of our questions. They even offered to do vaccines and care in the room which we really appreciated. When our cat started puking, they immediately offered us a same day appointment trying to squeeze us in. I will be back!

I started bringing my fur baby Roxie to PetVet 365 in March of this year when I got her spayed. The staff are wonderful and Roxie loves coming here.
The exam rooms are set up like little living rooms also there's toys and pup cups which makes for a great experience.
We've seen 3 of the doctors Brooks, Mills and Aussie and they are all 3 terrific doctors.
Layla is the tech that sees Roxie and she is just absolutely amazing and Roxie loves her! She definitely has a love for dogs & and does a phenomenal job. Thank you Layla for taking such great care of Roxie.! I definitely recommend PetVet 365 at Jefferson Ridge.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I rescued a stray cat and they were incredibly helpful. They even reached out to check in and offered advice. Highly recommend going to see them.

I found them when I had a stray that needed neutering via the Animal Protection Association. Was pretty pleased with the process and I liked how they recommended add-ons like better bonnets, but did not pressure you for upgrades.
I am taking one of my other cats to them as a test run and seeing if they end up being cheaper in cost than other vets.
