I loved this place! They had everything you could want or need. I've been to nearly every pet store in a 100 mile radius of my house try to find somewhere that was clean and actually had supplies at a reasonable price. This place is by far the best so far.

This is our go to place for our saltwater needs. The guys that run the saltwater area are very knowledgeable too. Have gotten a lot of great fish and coral from them. And like I said very knowledgeable. No question is a dumb question they want to help you keep your stuff alive and thriving. And they're honest. Like they don't try to push all of the products there at the store. I think that's why we go back every time. They know what works and sometimes their store cant or won't carry certain products. But they have beautiful fish and coral. And they actually care about their tanks. And for families it's not just fish. They get in cats and dogs sometimes, they have a reptile room, and a bird and rodent room which you'll find sometimes a sugar baby, or rabbits, kittens, rats, gerbils, etc.

We stopped in this morning for our daughter's birthday so she could pick out a few fish for our tank. Douglas was helping us out, we choose a ton of fish and a few plants and my daughter followed him all around and talked his ear off. He was absolutely amazing, totally professional, did a great job with all the fish, explained everything we might need to add to our tank and had incredible patience with our little girl. Really appreciate him. The store was well organized and clean and the other employees were friendly as well. Definitely recommend this pet store.

I was in the store today about 1 and waited 1/2 hr and nobody came to wait on me. Girl said hello and stood behind counter when I came in. Next couple that came in she decided to wait on them for some reason... while she was waiting on them I walked up and told her all the nerite snails were upside-down and wouldn't survive like that. She acted like she didn't hear me. Sooooo, I walked out with my money in my hand. Probably lost about 120$ sale today and if I could return the 125 gallon complete setup aquarium I bought last summer I would.
Today this business lost a very valued customer who is choosing to take her business elsewhere!

Very busy tonight! I didn't expect that! Definitely had a good selection of fish and we're helpful. Had to wait a bit for service but it was busy so it encouraged me that so many people wanted to shop there.

Stop in to browse to see what was avaible for fish supplies. Location was recommended by a fellow Co worker and could tell why it was recommended. Very little interaction with employees due to coming in late at night and there was many customers there. We were just browsing and checking things out. But either way, it was a great visit.

We purchased a ball python from them about 2 months ago. I struggled to write this review because the loss of a pet we cared for hurts me but I keep talking about it and now I'm just gonna drop this here. Shortly after purchase we realized the snake we got had snake mites. We had no other snakes or reptiles that may carry them, the breeder/store had to have introduced them or not taken proper care. We tried treating for this for some time. After a while we saw something else, the snake had IBD. Shortly after we started seeing symptoms they passed. Again, we didn't have any pets that could have brought the disease to the pet and we kept everything sanitary. It had to have been introduced through bad husbandry, breeding and care. We had purchased a young ball python from this store in July. We did not know it at the time, but he was infested with snake mites. We did not have any other snakes at the time, and all substrate and decor in the tank was thoroughly cleaned and treated prior to introducing the snake to the tank. The only place the mites could have come from was the store itself. Several snakes were housed in the same tank when we went to pick him up. Our python unfortunately passed away just 2 days ago despite our treatment efforts. Please do your research on ALL breeders you purchase from and do a thorough health exam on all of your animals frequently.
