We recently adopted a new kitten who has brought us so much joy. A few days after we brought her home she began having some tummy issues (I will let you guess what kind ?). I did the usual probiotics routine but come Friday, she wasn’t doing any better. So, I called our vet but we’re not able to get in to see the doctor until Monday afternoon ?‍♀️. I couldn’t let our little girl sit around for 3 more days not feeling well. My mom told me about the Vetwell Clinic and I immediately loaded her up and we were on our way.

We walked in and were greeted by the most caring office staff. Dr. Emily was so kind and gentle with our little girl. The vet techs made sure our little, Ruby, received lots of love while we waited.

The staff told me the cost up front (which as surprisingly cheaper than what I was expecting-don’t get me wrong $200 bucks is $200 bucks) but A LOT cheaper than the emergency clinic. The cost included the exam visit, fluids administered, a probiotic paste, and science hill diet cat food(which is why the cost was so high-that cat food is top dollar) to help with her belly issues.

So, if you are looking quality pet care, reasonable prices, and a great vet staff…look no further because it’s right here. I only wished I lived closer to the clinic to have them as my regular vet but I am happy to know they are right down the road if I need them again!

I went in last night with my cat, Willow. She had been lost for over a month and therefore very malnourished. I was a mess, but every single staff member was so kind and caring! They were great with my cat and celebrated her return with me. I couldn't be happier with the care we received, and I will certainly be bringing her back for a follow-up so they can all see her progress!

Very nice and clean clinic. Dr. and staff were very friendly and helpful. They are very nice and the Dr. listens and goes over everything and asked if I had any question or something I didn't understand. I have 2 dogs and took the other one with me, and as I was getting ready to leave one of the staff picked up my sick dog and carried her to the car for me. The Dr. prescribed some meds and my dog was back to her old self in just a couple of days.. I will be using them more and would highly recommend them. Also they are a walk-in clinic and are open 7 days a week. You do not have to make an appointment and wait to get in.

This place just wants your money. Was told to come back in 8 weeks for my dogs cytopoint injection and they start calling me 4 weeks in saying she’s late on her shot and so that would mean I get to pay for an exam all over again instead of just the shot. So either they are NOT knowledgeable on what they’re telling patients or they’re lying to you about when your pets are due. I will not bring my animal here if you’re either uneducated in the field you somehow got your license in, or it sounds like you’re trying to give my dog too much medicine before she needs it. Either way this place is reckless. I am now afraid to bring my dog back here because I cannot trust them.

We took our newly adopted cat in today. Everyone at this clinic was awesome and went above and beyond to make the experience great. They took the time to ensure we had all of our questions answered. Also, they made sure we knew our options and the pricing for everything prior to doing anything. Highly recommend ?

The people at front desk at check in are very friendly. The vet and vet assistants are friendly and give well informed and detailed information about your pet. Good pricing. Great availability to set appointments online and get in line while your on the way.
