They were awesome. We were in and out in less than forty minutes. Our cat seemed as relaxed as he could be at a veterinary office. Everyone was super sweet and accommodating. We will def be going there anytime we need to see a vet. The tech that helped us initially was super sweet. She has two cats herself and made my husband and I feel more comfortable with how calm she was. Communication

The vet staff and groomers are incredible. Never have to worry about our German Shepard even though she is old and scared. They take such good care of her.

The staff are so kind and compassionate. I appreciate their willingness to let me babble while taking such good care of my fur baby. I honestly can't remember his name but whoever was working at the Florence office Saturday, he saw Livy at the highland heights location a couple months ago and he remembered her and treated her so well. The staff are amazing and I always leave feeling happy with the service and information provided!

Back in September we took our elderly dog to Pet wow at the Florence KY location to have tests ran as he has started breathing weird. We did not get the news we wanted but were told that they can prescribe him medicine so that we could decide how we wanted our fur baby to go. When picking him up after his testing it did not go as planned and when I tell you that every single person that worked there helped so much. It was a very rough experience and we did not plan to say goodbye to our fur baby that same day. The staff went above and beyond providing the best last moments for our fur baby and made sure that we were okay and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. I would recommend Pet Wow any day of the week.

PetWow is always able to get me in and back quickly! The technicians are always so nice to my animals and friendly to me. I see the same vet each time which I like as well, the vet listens and is thorough/friendly. I have had some bad vet experiences in the past (not at PetWow) so this place is a breath of fresh air. They also helped my cat, Carmen, when she was deteriorating and were very sweet/helpful during the entire process.

I love this practice. Dr. Echols was amazing when my tiny Beagle had to be put to sleep. She continues to amaze me with the wonderful way she interacts with my two Corgis. They absolutely love her. She gets down in the floor with them and lets them love all over her. She is on time, doesn’t order unnecessary tests and gives great tips. The vet techs and front desk staff are terrific as well. I feel very lucky that we have such a great vet practice five minutes from our home.

Dr. Calland and her staff were so kind and caring when I brought my cat in for a skin problem! I always get a bit anxious when going to a new vet, but those feelings subsided the second I got to talk with the people there. My cat was also a bit nervous initially, and they did a great job at keeping things quick, but not rushed! You can really feel how much they love what they do. I was very happy with all aspects of service here.

Everyone was amazing: the desk workers, techs, the vet. They were kind and helpful and did so well with my cat, who is anxious around other people. It was easy to schedule an appointment and easy all around to do! I don't recall their names, but the assistant/tech and vet were great—so kind!
