The doctors and staff are all very pleasant to deal with. Every time I've ever used Piedmont, they have always been wonderful with treating my pets, whether it be routine visits or something major. Very thorough and reasonably priced.

Not the cheapest place to take your pet but they take good care of them and explain things well. My animals aren't afraid to go which is a big help. My dog plays while we are there and the staff give my pets lots of affection

We started using Piedmont last year when our 12 year old cat got very sick, we had been taking him to another vet where he was misdiagnosed and unfortunately it was too late by the time we switched over. Dr Hall did everything he could and was so thorough with his diagnosis and explaining it to me.
They do not overcharge and only recommend doing what is absolutely necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their pet!

I had brought a 3 year old cat in to diagnose an issue with urinating randomly in house after consuming liquids in November. Was diagnosed as a UTI and treated as such. Follow up visits concluded same thing. Each visit the cat weighed less and less. On final visit in February was told cat had kidney failure and was told that nothing could be done.

I understand the medical field can be a crapshoot sometimes but I feel if the blood test I had approved earlier had been done this could have been noted sooner.

Bedside manner of doctor is great btw just not satisfied with my outcome. Regular service seems to be ok but I’m not sure I got more in depth analysis until it was too late for my cat.
