The staff at Piper veterinarian at Berlin Street have been very accommodating and very sweet. They treated my kitten like a king, they said that he was so amazing and so good and that made me feel absolutely incredible. Not only that, I made a mistake and I thought that I had an appointment with an a week and it turned out, you were supposed to make an appointment however , they took me in anyways, the fact that they took the time out of their day to make room for someone who didn’t even have an appointment is so beautiful. This is the best service I have ever had with a veterinarian. I highly recommend that you bring your furry friend and companion to both the Randolph Road location and the Berlin Street location. I am more than satisfied and grateful for the services that staff has provided for me and my Dante.

I asked if we could get a room with a window for my dog, and I was pleased that we were put in a room with one. Dr. Churchill got on the floor to earn the trust of my anxious dog. This never happened prior to this visit and I think made a difference with both of our anxieties of coming into the vet!

We will not be back to the Berlin location. We have gone to the Randolph location for about a year now with no problems & have been pleased with all of the care we have received .
However, we got sent to the Berlin location this time due to an appointment being open. Our dog is very anxious; but usually just in the waiting room and when getting her nails cut. At the appointment the vet knew she was anxious & was extremely stand offish & had a guarded body language. I was constantly questioned on if a helper would be needed during the entire visit. When it came to giving her a vaccine, I was even questioned if a muzzle would be needed on her. She did not show a sign of aggression or anything throughout the entire visit there. However, was treated as if she could become aggressive at any given moment. After the muzzle comment, I was ready to leave immediately. If the vet did not then say they would not be doing her nails and blood work today but another day to “keep a positive experience”, I would have refused to let it happen. It was also mentioned to me that there are training classes for dogs who are anxious about nail cuts. - the Randolph location cuts her nails every time I come in.
I have never seen my dog so anxious at the vet before. We will not be returning to the Berlin location, only the Randolph.

I needed to fly my late brother in laws cat down to South Carolina. I called American Airlines and they told me the required paperwork for her. I called five different vets before I got Pieper Vet and they expedited the appointment and she was seen the next day and then flown down the day after. The person I talked to on the phone was incredibly nice, the phone call didn’t take too long and I wasn’t on hold for very long. I can’t thank these people enough during this difficult time!

The atmosphere was very calm and welcoming the day of our appointment. It was the first time I had been at this location and it was the best vet visit my cat had in her 16 years. Sadie wasnt feeling well but behaved as if she knew she was in good hands. We love Dr. March and his assistant/technician was fantastic (I wish I could remember her name). The patience and care that was administered by the staff to my pet Sadi and myself was wonderful.

Piper isn't our usual Vet but because my son is stationed in Hawaii, his dog needed some specific tests done in order for his dog to join him. Piper was the only vet I was able to find that was able to do this (I live in Longmeadow, MA). The staff there is incredible, knowledgeable and very friendly. They run like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend them for all your needs.
