Very nice facility! Reception area is well designed with separate areas.
This was the first time we had been to the clinic, we were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived!
The treatment room was large enough for 2 adults and our Husky, plus a desk area for the tech to enter information into the computer.
The Dr. was friendly, and did a pretty thorough exam. She answered all of our questions, but most of all...she was awesome with our shy pup!
We are glad we chose this practice for Veterinary care of our 3 Huskies! ♥️?

We recently adopted our sweet boy Toby from the Humane Society of the Pike’s Peak Region, and they gave us a voucher for a free exam at participating veterinary clinics. I came across Pine Creek Veterinary from the list that HSPPR gave us, and I am so happy that I did! The receptionist over the phone was very kind and got us an appointment within the timeframe that the voucher was valid for, and she thoroughly explained their process for new patients and what to expect. Fast forward to our appointment date, and we were immediately greeted and seated in the examination room by the receptionist. The doctor and the assistant were very kind and Toby seemed to like them too (especially after being given some treats)! They gave us some recommendations on what we could get done for Toby seeing as we didn’t know much of his medical history aside from what they did for him at the HSPPR. Every recommendation came with a clear explanation of the cost, and they allowed us some time to think about it before proceeding with anything. We really appreciated this and were overall very pleased with the friendly staff and wonderful service provided by Pine Creek Veterinary! We are happy to make this Toby’s established vet office, and I am hoping to bring my other cat in once he is due for his next set of vaccines. Thank you again Pine Creek Veterinary. Toby can’t wait to come back for some more treats in the future!

Pine Creek makes it a priority to make sure your pet is comfortable and has a good experience. There are many treats given, attention to signs of anxiety, making sure the right staff is treating your pet that they feel comfortable with and giving your pet time if they need it. The vets are knowledgeable and make good recommendations that won’t break the bank but will help your pet be the healthiest it can be.

I'm new to this practice and was very impressed by the entire experience. Everyone on the team, from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctor were very friendly and kind. The office was very clean and well-appointed, and my appointment went very quickly with no wait time. This is our new vet!

We recently moved to the area and Pine Creek Vet Hospital was able to provide a same day appointment. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our dog who typically is nervous at vets visit. He was feeling better quickly after treatment provided.

I was really nervous to get teeth cleaning surgery done as I’ve had horrible experiences in the past. The doctors and staff totally put my mind at ease. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and answers every question I had.

Update- the surgery has been complete with extractions and all. The team was incredible. They updated me via text message the entire time. The staff is so caring and goes over everything and they do not nickle and dime you to death.

The way they run their clinic should be the standard for all veterinary care!

I love taking my dog here. She can dog aggressive at times and they are amazing about getting her into a room quickly and avoiding other dogs. It's makes the experience very stress free.
