Came in for a TB shot with a Appointment. And still waited over 1 hour. The Clinic didn't have that many people. I checked in at 1:50pm and still waiting its 3:05pm. This is ridiculous. Everyone in the reception office talking. Tvs are off in the waiting Room.

A family member went to go see the main physician and owner of this clinic. He was an extremely rude and short man with an even shorter temper that did not like to be questioned. My family member went out of concern for their health to get some studies they wanted done. He kept questioning why they wanted the studies done and when my family member stated it was due to them wanting to see a functional medicine doctor He stated they should not “waste their money” on those studies or “listen to charlatans” when they spoke of their concerns of certain hormonal issues they had and had taken notes on what hormone level to look at. He kept demeaning my family members concern and when my family member kept asking for them he finally stated “if you want to see a functional medicine doctor have them request those studies”. Not only did he not ever direct himself to my family member but he made them feel ashamed for asking questions regarding their health concerns. He is an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional physician that should NOT be practicing if he is going to be rude and ignore his patients genuine concerns when he feels his authority and knowledge threatened. Do not go here, not worth your time, because if the main physician is this way who knows about the others !

They need a whole new staff & management. Everyone is rude. They take 1hr 30 mins just to get called into a room. Takes them about 45mins or more to attend us. Either shut this place down because its like waiting in Tulare hospital or get new staff/management. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN PIXLEY.

The girls in the front are rude, I always get calls saying we have a random appt that we don't even need! I will be taking my child to a different office & I suggest the same for others. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

Never going back. I normally see Lisa/ Lupita (unsure of her name) and I never feel like I’m listened to. I always leave feeling like it was a waste of time going to this clinic. It’s been months and I’m still not feeling any better. Definitely taking myself somewhere else from now on.
