The staff is always nice and friendly, I think the vets are great. I’m just not happy with waiting 2 months to see my dog when I think something is wrong. When I call and say I think she has a UTI oh bring her in but it will be an emergency visit which costs more. That’s what one person said, I get there and say I don’t like the fact that if my dog does have a UTI and you want her to come in why is it an ER visit and more money. Two different people, two different answers. Need to figure that out.

We first went here due to an emergency. They took great care of my fur baby and were very compassionate. We were so impressed that we now use them for routine vet services as well. I love that if something bad happens we can walk right in. They are upfront with pricing and the front staff is very pleasant.

Horrible wait times and overpriced! if you expect to speak to veterinarian about health of your pets health, good luck! Great place if your pet needs some overpriced prescriptions. Front desk staff great!

My dog had tb euthanized on 6/22/23. These idiots gave me no tracking information or anything for the cremation. I have been waiting all this time 7/31/23, and the remains that I paid over $250 for are sitting at the local Autozone and has been there for over 3 weeks. So ignorant, didnt even eeceive a sticker ftom UPS! The hospital now appears to be closed so I cant even call and tell them off! If they are closed, good riddens!. Don't waste your money. The front desk staff are rude also!

My dog had been diagnosed with pyometra. My vet from another vet facility was nice enough to call around to find me a place to take her to get her surgery. When I dropped her off at Plainfield animal hospital the price they gave my vet was tripled. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because my dog was sick and I cared for her,of course I did not get my dog’s surgery there. This place is a ripoff!!!! Take your dog to Summit Animal hospital their staff is great and their prices are a fraction of the price compared to Plainfield Animal hospital. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!

Nice staff but could use more communication when it comes to vet techs. Gianna is a sweetheart and a bright light when you are waiting 5-6 hours at least you are around caring people.
