Nolo recomiendo para nada mi esposa estaba embarazada y solicito una cita para checasrese por que era embarazada de riesgo sela dieron asta dentro de dos meses la cita ella perdió el bebe se llego la cita y sela cancelaron sabiendo que tenia el bebe muerto adentro y estaba sangrando la verdad que poca

Great center. Only giving 4 stars because it’s so hard to get in here besides a walk-in and even then. It’s not their fault; they’re overcrowded just like all the other locations. Just tryna let people know so they’re not surprised when they have to go somewhere else for an emergency.

After 2 hours of waiting I informed them and they realized they lost my chart…they already had to reschedule me because of no staff would be there to help me on the day they scheduled me.

This staff is much nicer than the ones in Merced.. I was not a walk in by the way cause nobody has time to wait 3 to 4 hours to be seen. I had an appointment & came on time. Took within 20 min to be called in. Thank you again.

The worst service ever!! I walked in after taking the day off work and patiently waited 4 hours and still waiting! They were super dead when I walked in early this morning. After waiting for hours I’ve politely asked to use the restroom and I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have an appointment after they’ve sent me a text message appointment confirmation for 1pm! I’m still waiting to be seen and apparently I cannot use the restroom because I didn’t make an appointment prior to today so now they want me to sit around for who know how many more hours and hold my urine because I don’t have an appointment prior to today. This is absolutely the worst service ever! Both front desk staff to Alexia the manager were really rude! This is my first time ever visiting a planned parenthood and I’m hoping they’ll all not the same!

Absolutely avoid going here if you can. The doctor is nice, but the nurses are all a bunch of idiots who enforce pointless rules such as no more than 2 people in the waiting room, or cell phone usage. lol Yall can’t stop people from using phones and you’re stupid for trying.

I love planned parenthood but this specific location is so just wow!! Not wow good but like I cannot believe my friend really went in there to get help with her pregnancy test and ultrasound and the only thing they wanted to provide her with was an abortion😒 They said thats all they do at this planned parenthood. How is that possible? i thought all planned parenthood’s provided all reproductive help to women? Im pro choice but cmon people like my friend with no insurance need help asap with a pregnancy confirmation and ultrasound. they deserve not to be turned away and made to feel weird. do better mchenry pph

10 out of 5 stars. I really couldn't imagine a better resource for this community to have. Planned parenthood gives anyone who is scared and in a tough situation (like myself), some peace of mind. All of the over-the-phone representatives and in-person clinic staff were kind, respectful, and efficient. Easy to make an appointment. Great appt availability. No wait times in office. Caring and well-educated staff members. Quick lab test results. Above and beyond patient privacy. I am truly so grateful that I and so many other members of our community have a safe place to go when in need. No matter your reason for visit, insurance carrier, ability to pay, or anything else. This place makes me paying taxes worth it and that says a lot. Thank you Planned Parenthood and all the staff at the Modesto location for the healthcare you provide and making a huge difference in many patient lives.
