I’ve been going to this planned parenthood for 10 years for everything from exams, problem visits, and birth control. People were always nice and I was comfortable. Now the doctor there gaslights u when it comes to uti symptoms which I do not appreciate. This was never a problem all the years I’ve been going there. The people in front desk and nurses are nice but doctor is the problem. Actual women’s health care doesn’t seem to be a priority here anymore.

All three staff memebers from the front counter to the med assistant to the doctor were very friendly. The place is immaculately clean. My annual took less than 30 minutes with paper work and I was even able to get a flu shot. Very convient! I'll be back next year!

Wonderful experience! All of the employees were very nice and kept things lighthearted while I was getting an IUD inserted. I was nervous about the procedure and had had some insurance problems, but all of the staff members involved were kind, patient, and helpful.

Called prior to coming because they said they take walk ins. Took an uber just for them to tell me to book an appointment. Wasted my time and money. Website says nothing about them not taking walk ins prior to closing.

DO NOT go to this planned parenthood. Unprofessional workers. Very rude as well. First appointment they forgot to give me my pregnancy test and documents. Next appointment was for a follow up and they didn’t give ma an ultra sound I had to call back and find out from someone else that yes they are supposed to give an ultra sound. It’s all rude females here. Better off going somewhere else where they care about your health and not giving you attitude off rip when you walk in the place

Definitely the worst experience I have had at a PP, because I usually appreciate the effort and service provided. This location was running 30+ behind on all of their appointments without any update. I was left sitting around until I approached the desk and inquired about my appointment time after checking in. The nurse I saw was not informed on certain diagnoses having to do with the bladder (which is imperative to providing care to women, considering how everything can interact). My physician dismissed most of my concerns as "birth control issues" but didn't request any testing. I had to advocate for myself, and come to find out... testing did find something. When called about my results I was told "everything was normal" when finding were conclusive of me having at least one growth in my uterus. Follow up was basically "go see someone else"... so I guess I will do that.

Excellent bedside manner. The ladies working there are all very kind, friendly, and seem to genuinely care. Shoutout to Vanessa and Alejandra for both making me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. Keep up the great work!
