I have been coming here for birth control for years and have only had good experiences, but my appointment with Kathleen takes the cake. She is hilarious, made me feel comfortable and taken care of, and is great at her job. She even gave me my IUD in a cute little biohazard bag to take home.

It’s probably weird to say this, but I had a great time getting my birth control switched, and I’ll keep supporting Planned Parenthood and the vital work they do for our community.

Kaylene is the worst provider. She does not take patient concerns into consideration when providing care. While she can be nice, she will ignore your concerns and provide care based on what she wants to do and not based on what you may need. Beware.

Thankful for the services they provide. The nurses and doctors there are truly caring. Although they may be overworked, they still find time to smile and do a great job.

I have been trying for months and months now just to schedule my HRT appointment check up, and EVERY TIME they cancel on me or that their system are down. Plan Parenthood has really let me down and for the last time... I will NOT be going here for my HRT appointments ever again. I DO NOT recommend plan Parenthood for any HRT related appointments ever. As soon as I can get my hormone therapy in check with this other doctor, I will COMPLETELY discontinue of any use of this clinic that I have.

Been using this clinic for a year and it was really amazing until the last month. I called a few weeks ago to get info about an appointment that suddenly changed dates on me over a text and the woman on the phone said the system was down so she couldnt give me info about my appointment and for me to call in a few weeks on the 31st, which is weird customer service already. I called today (the 31st) and was told my appointment had been completely changed (I had requested telehealth and was told it was now in person despite saying weeks prior I couldnt do that) and was told I needed to call a third party to get another later date lined up if I want telehealth. Canceled my appointment, gave me an incorrect one, then told me to fix it myself at a much later time than I needed. I said that doesnt work for me, as I did weeks ago, and have just been left on hold for 20 minutes. They became really lax with wanting to assist at this location.

I wish this could be my primary care provider. Everyone here (including the security guard) were friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The only drawback was being proselytize in the parking lot, and even that was low-key and caring, not offensive.
