A STAFF THAT CARES: Our family would like to thank the staff of Pleasant Valley Pet Clinic for their compassionate help with the end-of-life process for our beloved 14-year-old Labrador retriever, Penny Lane. Over a two-week period, they helped my wife and I navigate the options and process. But the biggest impact came when a vet sat down on the floor with us as they prepared for the hardest moment. It was genuine kindness. Afterward, they sent a kind card signed by the staff. They recognized Penny was part of our family, not just an animal. That made all the difference. Pleasant Valley was her vet clinic for the past 10 years, and her final moments there were the most caring of all. Thank you so much for adding love to your services!

A billion stars for this vet. My 15 year old husky, Heidi, was on her way to the rainbow bridge today. The vet was getting ready to close but they remained open to help Heidi across the rainbow bridge. The staff remained to help and the owner herself helped bring Heidi into the vet and helped her pass.
The staff is very loving, sweet, kind, and amazing. You can't go wrong bringing your fur baby to them. The owner gives very good and comforting hugs.

The staff here are wonderful! My dog pepper and my cat bluey are patients here. I have always been happy with the care both of them have recieved. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and flexable with dogs like mine who get VERY anxious at the vet and we need to plan well a head for her check ups! I've had both my pets fixed here as well and both came home well, happy, and doing great. I appreciated the post opp pain meds option as well. I don't ever want my pet to hurt and it's a relief to know this is thought of as well here.

We just love these folks! My dogs told me!!! The Doctor that spayed our two sister girls is one of the most awesome vet guys ever! Two of our girls (sisters) are thriving one year post surgery!

Staff is inconsistent and vet is absent-minded at best.
Been taking my two cats here for the last few months and they can't be bothered to remember or read the chart on our cats and their names, let alone what issues we were having.
Was directly lied to about the amount of required appointments and bloodwork needed for our kitten, leading to extra expenses and time felt wasted. They also lied about what the bloodwork was for, changing the story on a subsequent visit.
Do not recommend.

This clinic and its staff are unbelievably kind, attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I've had many sour experiences with vets in the past, so when it came time to take my boy cat Butters to get a check-up, they fit him in within a couple of days.
It turned out to be a pretty serious visit, and Dr. MacQueen and her assistants did an amazing job informing me of what the issues were, what caused them, and exactly the steps to take to going further.
Butters stayed overnight for three nights, but I was able to visit him on occasion in a private room, and we were rest assured that he was well taken care of.
I HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone in the area looking for a long-term vet for their furry loved one.
