I start bringing my German shepherd, Jackson Cooper, here last month. He cut his foot on some glass last night right before closing... I called them, brought him in.... They kept him overnight to properly take care of him. I picked him up today and was very pleased with EVERYTHING. Thank you so much.

I had the heartbreaking experience of having to have my Miss Piggles (cat) euthanized due to multiple health issues. Everyone at the clinic took my grief to heart and helped me through the ordeal. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the entire staff was. Miss Piggles had been a patient of theirs for many years and they always were there when we needed them. I will continue to utilize this facility for my other kitties I still have at home.

Would not take my animals anywhere else. Great staff and it's always super clean in there. Have had my bulldog and my sons border Collie there. They were great with them every time.

Loved the DVM, technicians and reception. Very informative. I was not pleased with having to give a deposit for my first visit. Plus pay a % for credit card use. I was offered to come in and pay cash or check, but I'm not driving that far with gas as expensive as it is, especially when I was going the next day. My family Dr. doesn't do that, but I had to for a pet. I was assured I wouldn't have to do that again.

Every person We've dealt with (reception, techs, vets, etc) have been so welcoming and caring. We never feel as if they are trying to rush us in and out. In the past few weeks, we have made many trips here due to two separate kitty illnesses and they have given such excellent care and treatment to both. By far, our favorite Veterinary team to have available.

My two year old puppy was not feeling well. Called PVC as they have been his vet since he was a baby. I was told to drop him off and they will call me when they can look at him.

I got a call from the Vet Tech and they weren't sure and said that to diagnose him they will try some things out first the Urine Test, then Bloodwork and Xray. I discussed the cost and informed the Tech that lets start out with the Urine Test as the dog had drops of pee all over and then take it from there. I was assured that they are starting with that and then if the blood test is needed they will call me and get authorization or x-ray. As I am a single dad with limited income. I wanted my dog to get the care but get authorization from me before any tests.

I got a call and by that time the dog was feeling better. I was given a bill of 440.00 dollars. I was surprised as I was told that if there was a blood test done and besides the Urine test and the exam there it would cost me 292 dollars. I did not say anything and paid it but it made me upset that I should have been asked before doing this as I was told that x-rays and the test are expensive. No one called me to get authorization.

Right after paying I stopped at Griffith Vet Hospital on Ford Road right after I left the clinic to compare prices as I just was not sure why the blood test is so expensive and I was surprised that I was told that same blood test would be 155 dollars when I showed them the paperwork. I visit and the urine test was a little cheaper but a 137 dollar more for the same test that I was not even asked about even though I asked about it, upset me even more.

I let the clinic know and the partner Vet called me back however discussing it with the owner doctor and the business manager they said they realize that a mistake happened but they could not help me. I even said to share the cost of the blood test. They didnt do it. And for the test being double the price I was told that since we give individual care we charge more for test. Which I didnt get. I have decided to move my dog's record some where else. Very disappointed. If you are price conscious please take your pet some place else and if you do go. Ask them exactly what they are doing. You dont want to get a surprise jacked up bill.

Absolutely Love Dr. Anna Koos and the entire Staff, especially Megan Scott! All have a VERY caring heart and are extremely knowledgeable in so many areas! Taking all my fur babies here, especially my Great Danes Gunner & new pup Picasso, for all their health needs & check ups!
