I called them last night because my husband had fallen. and I couldn’t pick him up. They responded quickly and professionally. They made sure he was alright, picked him up like he was light as a feather and put him in his bed. They were kind, caring, and efficient. It was so nice to see smiles and reassurance in our time of need. We are blessed to have such a quality group of people so close to home. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had to call 911 on Thursday, August 20,2020! When you call in such an emergency as I had you don't necessarily care whether or not the people helping you are nice as long as they get you the help you need! The team that rescued me was beyond excellent! They cared for me like I was their own flesh and blood. These young people made my heart sing with how professional and caring they were. I cannot thank them enough. May God continue to work through them as they care for people in need.

January7 2017 Station 37 responded to my medical emergency in Solivita. They were quick,friendly, professional and very efficient. They transported me to Poinciana hospital where I was transported by chopper to Orlando Regional for a type A aortic dissection and double by pass surgery. Can’t thank them enough for their quick, caring and efficient care. Thanks again B Platoon. You saved my life.

This fire station crew is amazing while responding to me when I was going through bad chills from pneumonia that I didn't even know I had but they rushed me to the hospital and they were very patient and helpful.
