Dr. Dominguez will come to your home or office in an impeccably clean mobile oncology unit to examine and treat your pet! The fee for this is extremely reasonable and you never have to set foot outside your front door. This minimizes stress to both the pet parent and pet.

In addition to the convenience factor, Dr. Dominguez is up to date on the latest medical treatments. I have had experience with several veterinary oncologists, and there is no one better! Dr. Dominguez explains everything in an easy to understand manner and an email summary (including simple instructions for at home care) is sent after every visit.

Everyone associated with this practice is kind, caring and compassionate and the upbeat, optimistic attitude is contagious. Phone calls and texts are returned promptly by Ishar, who is unsurpassed in her friendly, warm-hearted approach to providing the very best care for your pet.

I called Pompano Veterinary today after my wife and I found out our dog has lymphoma, Ishar answered the phone and was very compassionate as my wife and I were broken over the news, she was able to squeeze us into their schedule and they arrived to our home within 2 hours. Luis and Dr. Dominguez showed up and were extremely compassionate, professional and understanding of what we were all going through, they handled our baby with great care and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Dominguez is very caring. I hate having to use them, but I trust them with my babies needs. He always weighs options with you and takes his time explaining things. Doc is also very good with my babies and on top of all the latest treatments. I drive an hour each way for my first babies and after two years, I’m still going that far for a reason.
His staff Ishar and Luis are also very kind.

Dr. Dominguez and his team (Ishar & Luis) are AMAZING !! Two yrs ago, my wife and I took our 12 yr old Chiweenie (Muffin) to our Vet to check a lump on her tail. Our Vet diagnosed the mass was cancer and would need to amputate her tail. We were referred to Dr. Dominguez for a 2nd opinion. That referral was a blessing.
Dr. Dominguez ran several test and confirmed the mass cell was cancer. However, Dr. Dominguez suggested that before removing her tail, we should try a few treatments of Chemo, along with other medication for several weeks, and see if any slight positive results were visible. Long story, short.. After 3-4 Chemo sessions, the mass tumor was reducing. We continued a few more sessions (8 in total) and reduced prednisone medication. Muffin had no more masses and previous tumors in complete remission in less than 13 months. It's been almost 2 yrs later, and Muffin is in Excellent health. Dr. Dominguez is an Amazing Dr. who truly loves his profession and treats his furry patients as if they're one if his own.
Thank You Dr. Dominguez, Ishar & Luis for all you do. It is evident that the love, care and attention you show/provide your patients (and their parents), comes from the heart.

Dr D and the staff are AMAZING. I came in to see them a HUGE mess knowing my fur baby needed surgery and then potentially chemo. He and the team calmed me down immensely. They are kind, understanding, patient and great at their jobs. Chase and I ADORE THEM.

Dr. Dominguez is the best vet we have ever seen. My mini dachshund had problems from the moment we rescued her & no other vet could tell us what is going on. We were told she’d need surgery to remove her mass & that medication wasn’t a solution. Dr Dominguez came in & told us right away she was not a candidate for surgery & she would need medication. He gave us 6 more months with our sweet girl. I highly recommend Dr Dominguez & his team. They are incredible, passionate & caring for not only your fur baby but you as well.
