Can't say enough good things about Presidio Way and their team there - they've always listened patiently and have taken great care of our family's two yorkshire terriers. Even for a routine checkup we never feel rushed and we're given ample time to ask any questions that we have.

Additional bonus - we love that they can do teeth cleaning at the clinic as well. =)

Great staff who explain everything (what’s necessary and what’s not depending on your dog) and care for my senior special needs dog beautifully. Love going here so even after we moved far away we return. Dr. Helmer is brilliant and kind, as are all the staff.

This place is the best. So caring for our (somewhat difficult) 3 year old cattle dog since she was 8 weeks old. I’ve sent tons of panic emails over the years of various health scares whether we’re in town or away and they always respond promptly and really care. Grateful for all the people at Presidio Way!!

Dr Link takes such good care of our dog Honey. She’s pretty high anxiety (the dog not the doctor) and is usually very nervous before going in but always comes out happy and feeling much more comfortable which is a testament to how well the staff treat her there. You can sense the genuine care and concern for their patients when speaking to them and I’m so glad we found them as a resource to keep Honey happy and healthy.

Dr. Helmer and the entire staff at Presidio Way Vet Hospital are kind, caring and incredibly thorough. I don't think our cats could be in any better hands - my one cat, Benji, has been dealing with some health issues and Dr. Helmer makes sure to check in on Benji daily - even over the weekend. The quality of care is truly unmatched. I've had many pets over the years and this is the best vet office I've experienced. We are so grateful to everyone at Presidio Way!
