The first time I came here was when my 16 year old cat got extremely sick and stopped eating and drinking. It was a Saturday and the vet that I used to go to closes on weekends. So I found this place and they were able to take my cat in the same day. They did more for my sweet old man than his regular vet ever did. The other vet would never return phone calls and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. My 16 year old cat ended up having to be put down and I wonder if I had found this place sooner if he could’ve been around longer.
I highly recommend this place. I now take my 3 year little Leo here. He was very sick recently and they were able to see him right away and he’s doing much better. Everyone I have come in contact with is kind and compassionate. They return phone calls and take your concerns seriously. And can usually take same day appointments. Thank you all!

Had to take my senior cat to get treated for an abscess that had gotten infected. They were able to see us same day. The vet was very knowledgeable and detailed with me. The care given at Privileged Critters is always thorough and compassionate. And I can still afford to pay my rent after I leave. I can’t see going any where else for my fur babies.

Best team for your fur babies possible! They take care of my two cat sons and they are so wonderful! Both sons had gone through the first year shots and surgeries with Privileged Critters and it’s been great! They are always so loving and helpful. Never have any issues at all. All my questions are always answered and answered quickly too! I honestly was so scared with my first one about which vet to take him to. After deciding on Priviliged Critters, I’m so glad I did! They all knew Sir Muschi by name within such a short period of time. They really just feel like extended family taking care of my boys. And now that Salem Luci’fur has entered the picture, they showed him all the same love. As a worried parent, they give me comfort knowing he’s in safe and caring hands. You can’t put a price on knowing that your baby is in good hands. And these are the best of hands, truly. The doctors, the techs, the front staff, everyone really cares and shows it.
