Dr. Koetters is in my humble opinion by far one of the best in her field. She was able to make one of the worst days in a dog owners life more comfortable. To be able to have your buddy's last day on earth in the comfort of their own home is wonderful on its own. You add on top of that the compassion and kindness Dr. Koetters brings with her for you and your pet, and I would have it no other way. Thank you!

Dr. Koetters has truly been a blessing to our family since we moved to Illinois just a year ago. 2 of our fur babies have passed since moving here. With the first, we were struggling to find anyone to help my 150lb bullmastiff in our home since he couldn't move and I couldn't get him into my truck on my own. I found PAW and Dr. Koetters came out to us and helped us through the most painful part of being a pet parent. She was kind and considerate. She was wonderful with our kids who were experiencing loss for the first time. She explained everything very clearly and was so patient and respectful. A few days ago my 14yo ESA dog got a terrible diagnosis and showed all the signs of being ready to cross the rainbow bridge and we immediately called Dr. Koetters. She is the most wonderful vet we have had the privilege of knowing and the only person I will call when it's time for the rest of our elderly pack to cross that bridge. Thank you so much Dr. Koetters. You truly are a light in a very dark time for those of us who love animals.
