The travel clinic was incredibly helpful. They offered ways to use our insurance instead of paying out of pocket. They didn't try to sell every vaccine like some of the private companies do. The appointment was done on time. Will be back for our next international trip!

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday at 8 in the morning. They decided to call me a day early and caught me off guard so I didn't have my documents on hand. I was headed to get them when I was explaining that they caught me off guard and I was headed to get them, she said she wasn't going to argue with me about this, told me to reschedule and hung up. The amount of disregard for people from this place is amazing.

Seems like a clean place. Showed up a little late for an appointment with a newborn so the lady at the front told us we needed to make another appointment. When we let her know walkins are welcome she said we could wait. We waited for about 15 minutes and we're finally called in. Two people were sitting at their desks to help and no one was in the room at all. Making us wait with a newborn for a power trip stinks. Security guard was nice. Woman who helped us could not give us the birth certificate because after 2 weeks they still don't have it. Also, it says they accept credit card payments but they would only accept cash for the certificate since we didn't pick it up that day and they were reluctantly going to mail it when it's available. ?

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I never had a bad experience at the PC-CHD. I called a couple of weeks ago to schedule my daughter's vaccine and the person I talked to was very nice and it was scheduled right away. The place is clean and organized, the staff and nurse are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Thank you for getting my daughter's vaccine updated.

Getting these people to answer a dam phone is incredible. I understand that they’re probably busy. If that’s the case maybe they should hire someone to sit answer phone calls. I call to make appointments and not a single person answers. I think I’ve tried 10 times and once got someone to answer. I leave voicemails like they say to do and no one returns a call. I went down there to go schedule an apt in person and they say I have to call. Smh. Since covid happened this place went to trash.

Had an 11:20 appointment for a quick and simple TB skin test in which I arrived early at 11:10. Its currently 12:30 and I'm still in the waiting room get skipped over by patients with 11:40 appointments. Have been up to the reception counter twice and each time the receptionist stated I was next. Both times were a lie. Wont be coming back.

I tried to get mine and my sons birth certificates with a voucher I was unaware that I had used vouchers in the Past I am currently waiting for my CNA license to be renewed and my identity was stolen. SANDRA that was working the front desk spoke loudly so everyone heard I used a voucher then was very rude. If they let me do it twice why would the 3rd time be a problem.it was embarrassing and disrespectful!!!!!!
