This was my first time going to this dentist and I’m really happy to have found them on Google. The receptionist Monica was super friendly and super relatable in every way. The Dentist was very kind and friendly as well as the manager. She went over all of the procedures and amounts with me, not making me do anything I didn’t want to. The prices are very affordable here and it was just a really great experience and again I am happy to have found them. I recommend anyone to Quail Lakes dental care.

I want to say best place to get your dentist needs completed. I had a bad experience with dentist as a kid and went a long time without going to the dentist to the point my teeth needed needed a big deep cleaning. The past visits have all been amazing, everyone here has been kind, patient and explain everything in detail so no confusion can occur. Esme and Ariana have made my appt today, super easy, and smooth, both are energetic and happy to help, they will make sure you are taken care of, and are extremely patient. They definitely made my day today and I will continue to keep coming here at this place has become my go to.

The staff here is so kind and professional. I’ve never had an unpleasant interaction. I’ve been coming here for years and although staff has changed throughout the customer care has not. I maintain regular check ups and we are now on my Invisalign journey. 10/10 I recommend.

Such a great experience here. They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly and accommodated my schedule with no problems. The doctors are very thorough in their explanations of what was going on in my mouth, what needed to be done, and answered all my questions for me. Very non-judgmental, trustworthy , and comfortable environment.

I don't typically write reviews like this but I'd like to share my experience so at least a patient can make an informative decision on the care here. Prior to seeing Dr. Martin here, I had been seeing the previous owners since I was 5. When they sold their practice I decided to still stay but see the new doctor, Dr. Martin. I always felt I was in good hands and really trusted that he had my best interest! Yet after seeing him multiple times a year for three years I started having a lot of problems that went unnoticed.

1. Had a tooth pulled that for a span of six months continued to complain about to Dr and he kept assuring me everything was fine. FINALLY he sent me out for 3D x rays and it came back that I had an infection that was most likely there for two years and needed to be pulled. I had seen him countless times over the years...not sure how this could've been missed but I continued to go to him and trust him.

2. I then pushed for some of my other old fillings to be re-done as I've had them for a while and despite him advising they were fine, he preceded with redoing them and once opened up, he advised that I needed a root canal. The treatment took three hours. It was the worst procedure I've had thus far and I've had so much dental work and am usually a champ! He then let the dental assistant glue on my temporary. She glued it so much that weeks later when they went to remove it they could not, and had to break it into pieces and were confused as to why it was so stuck. I voiced that this was not okay and he should have been the one to glue it.

3. When my permanent crown came in it did not fit properly and I had to have another one made. The second one is now causing me gum irritation and pain. A new dentist I'm seeing said this crown was never going to work and it's going to continue to cause me problems. That I may need a re-root canal and another crown. This is literally only three months after I paid almost 3,000 grand for a crown and root canal because I had maxed out my insurance at quail lakes and was willing to pay out of pocket.

4. The new dentist I'm currently seeing has caught so many things Dr. Martin failed to catch, or maybe he just literally couldn't care less about me as a patient. I've had 6 small cavities caught by him, and two re-fillings that had cavities under them. I've had him catch issues that my lower permanent retainer is causing. As well as how my bone is healing after my tooth was pulled, he's said it needs more time to heal when Dr. Martin said it was ready for an implant. I had a tooth that had a small black dot on it and I would ask Dr. Martin at every appointment “is this a cavity?!” I know what a cavity looks like lol. He would always say no it’s nothing to worry about. When I visited my new dentist this was one of the first things he brought to my attention, this is a cavity and needs to be fixed before it turns into something bigger!!!

I don't know what Dr. Martin is like out of dentistry, I'm sure he's great. Yet as far as anything outside of cosmetic dentistry like implants and veneers, go somewhere else please. I truly feel botched by him. If I would've been seeing a dentist for the last three years that was catching these things I would most likely not be in this boat of needing two teeth pulled and all these cavities. I'm dumbfounded by his lack of care and effort. I've had lots of dental work, braces, oral surgery etc and I place a lot of trust in these doctors. I feel like Dr. Martin left me jaded and now I don't trust a thing the dentist says. Always advocate for yourself please as you know your body!!
