My husband and I are so grateful for these people. It's a Saturday and most places are closed in our town or closes early. They took our car in needing a major break repaired and got us back on the road in less than 4hrs. Even though they closed at 3 they finished our car and waited for my husband to get there well after 4:20pm. Yes it costs us more than we expected but if you want something done right and in a short time hey it's best to pay up and thank God for the finaces to get it done. We will definitely be returning if we needed for something else.

Typical tire store mechanics- tell you they can't rotate / balance you need new tires (just 2!) 🙄 had to go to a real mechanic to get tires done. Still charged the whole $75 for the works (whatever they call it) even though they couldn't rotate my tires (unless I bought new ones from them!). Didn't reset my oil life light. Didn't give me an oil change sticker. Moved my seat every which way they could. Poor service, don't waste your time. Especially if you fall into the "let's take advantage of her" bracket. Shoulda saved myself the aggrevation & changed the oil myself ( wondering if they even did that now).

Had an alignment done here after purchasing tires in Naples Fl. Quick Lane spent a lot of time on our F350 with numerous attempts to fix our problem today and test driving it to be sure it’s perfect. Thomas our service writer was Mr. Customer Service taking the time to explain to us what was going on with our issue. All in all 2.5 hours later we drove home to Lake Placid happy campers. We have all our oil changes done here and other work next door. We pass by the Ford Dealership in Sebring and go 10 miles further because of the customer service here. We are always happy that we do this.

Today was my first time coming here. I had an appointment at 7:30. They were quick to get the car and start to work. They showed me my cabin filter which I never heard of before. I did have it replaced. I’m so happy with their work. And I will definitely be back.

Have had mostly very good experiences with this oil change location. Have been going here for years and multiple vehicles have had work done here. Had a issue with having a dirty car after the mechanics got in it before but overall all the other times have been very good. Will continue to use this establishment and will recommend to others. This is by far the better place we have had work done. Reasonable priced compared to other places.

Service reps are well mannered and knowledgeable. Plan and expect to be without a car for at least half the day, even with appointments. On the other hand they provide pick and drop service if needed, so thats a plus.

I would definitely recommend the technician/mechanic to be more careful with keeping customer vehicles clean from grease and oils, for whatever reason my rims where covered with grease marks.

Overall am satisfied with the service they provide.
