Dr. Ravi is hands down the best vet we’ve ever had. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also flexible and understanding, tailoring his advice to suit our dog’s specific lifestyle. Whether it’s about nutrition, exercise, or medical care, Dr. Ravi customizes everything to fit our needs perfectly. The staff at the hospital is equally amazing—efficient, friendly, and professional. From booking appointments to making payments, they’ve got everything down to a science. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care my dog receives here!

We have a golden doodle, we got him as a puppy now he is 2 years old. Since we got him he is with Rancho Pet Hospital. This is our first dog, Dr. Ravi always takes time to educate and what to watch out for. So far we are quite happy with Dr. Ravi and team. Staff is also nice, we get the reminders on time and any time we have questions about billing they explain each line item. Overall we are quite satisfied with Rancho Pet Hospital.

Dr Ravi is amazing,
I've been there multiple times and he has always helped me out. He is a life savor. Recently I was out of the country with my dog and the CDC rules for dog importation changed. I emailed him for the documents the government was asking for and he patiently went through all of them with me and helped me get my dog back home.

Dr.Ravi is a great doctor who always gives you multiple options which are affordable. He is honest and kind, he always tries his best to take care of your pet to their needs in timely fashion. Staff who works there are always passionate about pets and respond very quickly, they even accommodate Ad-hoc requests as well.

Dr. Ravi is a very caring and capable Vet. He provides practical advice on how best to care for my dog. He will follow through 2-3 times a week at times to make sure my dog is on the right track. Even when I am traveling overseas, I am no longer stressed and can sleep at night knowing that I can rely on Dr. Ravi for any unforeseen emergencies. I would highly recommend Dr. Ravi to any new pet owners.

Another Update: My pups lab report was emailed to us with a clear, easy to understand explanation of his results and even included pictures of the slides under a microscope. Good news, it was all benign. Dr. Ravi was quick to respond to my emails, answering any questions I had about the results. It's easy to find a friendly vet, most are. It's incredibly difficult to find a knowledgeable vet who is quick to respond to any inquiries, has a clean facility, and is properly staffed. Rancho Pet Hospital checks all of these boxes.

Updated Review: Still a great place to take your pets. I just had to take my boy in for a fine needle aspiration on a couple of cysts. The staff were quick, kind, and efficient, as usual. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Now to keep our fingers crossed the cytology comes back ok.

Excellent Vet! They take great care of my dogs and are priced reasonable. Much much better than any VCA facility I've been to.
