Awful customer service! Went there with my pitbull boxer mix who is the sweetest boy, wouldn't hurt a fly but they wanted to act like they were scared of him. Didn't listen to me at all when I tried to explain what was going on, completely cut me off and then tried to shove the next guard chewable stuff onto me, even putting it on my bill without my consent until I asked about the charge! I went in there for a check up, and to figure out why he was vomiting along with his foot hurting, came out of there still very confused with no answers besides some antibiotics for his foot, I guess that is what was wrong but then again I had no explanation and they just tried to get me out of there as fast as I went back in there. They didn't even explain to me what the issue was at all. Overall bad service and I will not be back, and if you do go there make sure to check your bill before leaving because they WILL try to tack on charges without your knowledge, even after telling them 4 times that my dog will be better off with a flea collar, due to his sensitive stomach, but they did not want to listen to a single thing I was telling them, instead just trying to shove their product onto my dog.

This is a no frills establishment but they always treated our dog with great,honest care. When the difficult decision had to be made to send him to dog heaven, Dr gave us lots of support and compassion and gave us plenty of time to hold him and tell him goodbye and be with him till the very end. We didn't have to leave until we were ready. Our hearts were broken but we understood we were doing what was right. When the time comes to get another dog,we will continue to come to RVC.

Called to schedule a pet who is in my household and I, a patient of these clinics for many years and responsible for the account, was refused an appointment because my son, who is the pet owner but not financially able to cover the expense currently, called first. We were told they aren't accepting "new" patients. The pet may be different but the responsible party is the same. I am disappointed to say the least. Aren't they there to help the animals?

Very condescending and are frightened of larger animals. I would rather spend a little extra money somewhere else than be treated so poorly. Also tacked on charges for exams performed without informing the customer. Just wanted a check up and spent almost $100

They are the best!!! I have taking all my animals there for the last 11 years and when any of my animals are sick my animals are better within a couple days just like they instructed. I love the staff they are friendly, polite and they always ask if my dog can have a treat . price i dont think is expensive at all for the types of medications or just a check
