Had my first pedicure. My feet still have built up stuff as she barely even sanded them. Wasn't worth what my sister paid as a gift. I told the lady several times that she could sand them harder it wasn't bothering me. It was very fast and seemed like she didn't care to touch feet..lol. She did a great job painting my toe nails tho.

My wife had a manicure and a pedicure. They told her that it was cash only. I went to get some cash. When she was nearly done, they ask her to pay. I went to the register a young girl said that was $60. Another lady said that it was $70. I handed the girl $70 and she just stood there like she couldn't count the money. No explanation for the extra charge. The other lady took $30 and sent $40 to another lady. When my wife got home we noticed that they had used two different color polishes on her. We will not be using this nail salon again.

I used to get my nails done at this location all the time, but haven't in a long time until today. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I specifically told the lady who did my nails that I didn't want them to be too thick, and she insisted that they wouldn't be, and that they would "look natural". I now look like I have tiny, little, misshapen blobs at the end of each finger. When I told her I was unhappy she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they aren't thick, but that she "can't warranty" a broken nail if she makes them too thin. She then proceeded to ask the opinion of the other two ladies working there, as well as a customer if they thought my nails were too thick. When I was a customer here before, the quality was much better, and my nails were never this thick, nor did I have a problem with them breaking. They were pefect every time.

I am told this place is still under the same ownership, so what happened? And since when do you argue with dissatisfied customers, who know the difference between a great set of acrylics, and misshapen hack jobs? Since when is it okay to parade them in front of other patrons and employees to ask their opinions on the lousy job you did?

I am sadly disappointed.
