We love Ridgeview Animal Clinic! They are so sweet and kind. We sadly had to put our cat down and they were so empathetic and kind during the whole process. They even mailed us a card from all the office staff a week later. We love them and will always remember their kindness!

This place used to be really good. Over the past couple of years though every visit feel like the vet is pushing you to buy something. Today was my final straw, went in to have a nail clipped for my dog. Waited 45 minutes after the appointment time for a quick clip that took all of 3 minutes or so. Go to check out and was surprised to be charge for a full exam. I said we didn’t do an exam and they show me a paper marked up indicating they did. I say we were in there a few minutes, nothing was exam. I was again referred to the sheet falsely filled out as if one was done. Will not be going back after 9 years or so. This place is just shady to me now.

One of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
I would like to thank the Ridgeview staff for their kindness, understanding and professionalism.
Even though I moved out of Indiana I won't go anywhere else

Nice place with friendly staff and very accommodating. Everyone seems to both enjoy working there and enjoys animals, which made it feel so much better and more welcoming. There’s a reason they’re always busy! Here’s the thing that pushed me over the edge to really appreciate them though; their fish tank was impeccably clean. Next time you go anywhere look at their fish tanks. you can tell how much work and effort a place puts in based on its fish tank. And with Ridgeviews fish tank looking this clean, you know everything is just as good!

Both Max and Winnie are patients here and I love Ridgeview! They always are so kind there to help and answer any questions and always go above and beyond for Max and Winnie like for the holiday weekend this month i had left a message about max on the third regarding these coughing episodes he was doing and the staff left me a message to call and get him in but also left me the number of every emergency vet hospital in area incase i needed it before they could see him they also have called to check on max after appointments just an amazing clinic wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else!
