Will never go here again, this was the regular vet for my family, one of my dogs began growing a lump on her neck a month ago and they told me ‘don’t worry about it’ when she was at the clinic, a week later it continued growing. I called back and they said don’t worry long as she’s eating. My dog had abscess in her throat. Ringer failed to identify that the first time. And when asked could she come in a day earlier than her appointment because she began coughing up blood they then tell me they can’t see her this week anymore at all because she needs to be sedated. She went to the Reidsville Vet down the road just fine and was seen about within 2 hours. 6 total clients lost because they failed to do their job with one, over a month ago.

Dr Ringer is absolutely awesome, as is her staff. Well priced and very clean. I am so happy that she is my new vet, I can yell she and very staff love what they do and take pride in delivering the highest care to my puppies.

This is a small-town veterinary clinic. I fell in love with them instantly. Pretty much got a quick appointment and was greeted by friendly staff. I, unfortunately, do not have a regular schedule, and I try and get my cat's nails clipped when needed. I always call with short notice, but I always get an appointment that fits my schedule. Very clean inside and friendly folks. Google wants me to update this, and nothing has changed. Still love the staff. Best service around! The Doctor and ALL the staff are amazing! I have 3 large dogs. They get right down on their level and talked to them and me! Great experience every time! I had an emergency and they were beyond amazing! Highly recommend!

Great vet. Understanding and compassionate. Makes u feel at ease with decisions u have to take to make your kitty or dog behave better. Don't be that mush and follow her advice. She and her staff are the best.

Dr. Ringer is a life saver. She is kind, thorough, loving toward her patients and their "parents". She does not gouge, money-wise, and has a great staff.
