Dr. Emerson, Ross, and the whole staff did an amazing job with our dog after he had foot injury after a run-in with a car. Dr. Emerson has been fantastic with follow-up and texting every couple of days to check in on how our dog is healing. Happy to have found a local team that really does care. We will be customers for life now! Thank you!

When I tell you this place is THOROUGH. They take their time looking your pet over, they make recommendations but aren't pushy, and they go above and beyond in follow up. We had a rebate that we forgot about and they submitted on our behalf so we wouldn't miss the deadline. Being able to text is mad convenient too. Also one of my dogs eats poop and has the most atrocious breath but you'd never know the way they lean in close and hug him and treat him like a lil king? an office full of actual angels

I bring my dog here for her check ups and rabies vaccines. Lovely staff who are really good with their patients. My girl is a Pittie and can be a handful --she is stubborn-- but the staff always seem to get her cooperation.

We moved to the area a few years ago and finding an excellent vet was very important to us. After trying Ringgold Animal Hospital, we have always come back. Dr E is great!…Compassionate, kind, and has a great personality, which definitely helps in certain situations regarding the fur babies. Actually, everyone we have met in the office has been great!…except one lady, she’s a monster (hence the 4 stars).

I was greatly impressed with the way Dr. Emerson dealt with my pets. The amount of time he spent on diagnosing the issues. His ability the explain to me and get me to understand my pet problems. Also to the Vet techs ( Moe & Kitty ). Your ease in handling and performing the initial intake and assisting the Dr. Was very comforting. The whole experience was delightful. Even paying the bill.? ?
