I brought our 8 week old puppy for her first vet visit, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They all really liked her and they did an exam, administered some of her shots and sent me home with a wonderful puppy box that contained a toy, some meds for me to give her and even a bag of Science Diet puppy food. Everything went great and they took a very cute picture of her with a chalkboard showing her details. I was very impressed with how she was treated.

My husband and I recently moved to Fort Smith and our girl Lilly suddenly became ill and seemed to be getting worse. We suspected her time with us might be coming to an end. We called the afternoon of Friday, November 22nd and they said to come on out. Our very first visit to River Valley Animal Hospital we had to say goodbye to Lilly (aka Pretty Girl). They had never seen her or us before, but the entire staff was so overwhelmingly kind and helpful. We will never forget that. They arranged for her cremation, and we picked up her ashes today, November 27th. We are very grateful for their service.

We wanted a second opinion regarding our fur baby's health. I saw good reviews, made the call and I am very thankful I did. From the front desk to each checkout, our experience has been great. It was concerning when they took her from the room we were in to evaluate her more, but after meeting more of the team, I do believe she was in good hands. Due to needing surgery, we have been back a couple of times and will make some more trips. Each time everyone has been very friendly and knowledgeable. They have made me feel like we have been going there for years and that they genuinely care about her health.
Being concerned about the cost from the get go, I feel they have shared information and allowed me to choose the care for our baby without feeling any pressure. Although they may be pricey, I believe Tilly Joy has had the best care possible.
I have already recommended River Valley Animal Hospital to several people and will continue to do so.

I took my sweet baby in late Tuesday evening. The staff there is AMAZING! They explained everything that they would be doing along with the price. They interact with your animal on a level that you can just tell they really care. My dog is usually snappy but loved these girls. They are very knowledgeable and answer all questions in depth. I HIGHLY recommend & know who I will be using again if there ever is another emergency!

The staff is consistently so sweet and caring I feel like they truly care about my babies no matter what the circumstances are. They’re very professional and uplifting even when things are hard on us as the family. Dr. Brasual was very informative and gave us all the information we needed for our senior kitty.

What a wonderful vet experience my pet and I had. Thank you to everyone for being loving and patient with my rescue dog that has trust issues. He left there with his tail wagging and I know the next visit will be even easier on him. Very professional and kind from the front desk to seeing the vet tech and then the veterinarian.

Location is convenient. Building was clean, well lit and spacious. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my concerns for my dog. The veterinarian visited with me after my dog was seen. Daisy has recovered well! I was happy with the medical attention my dog received and feel the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them and would use them again. They seem to love animals ❤️
