The folks that work here took excellent care of our pup. They are so kind and efficient. We were able to hold our little one till she fell asleep for her surgery which is such a wonderful thing they let us do. They did the surgery very swiftly and with care. We drove all the way from California because we heard how amazing this place is and they definitely lived up to that. Probably will be traveling back here if our baby needs more important care.

Best vet I have ever been to! They really care about your animals and make time for you when they can! You can't beat the cost either! I drive from Pocatello and I will never go to another vet office. They're amazing!!

I was referred to Rock Creek Veterinary Services by a good friend of mine. I took my two little Chihuahuas here in 9/5/24 to get their teeth cleaned and some other care done for them. And I must say, I was impressed with this place from the moment I walked in.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and caring. I was greeted with a hello and even a handshake when I dropped off my dogs and picked them up! That is above and beyond compared to other places i have been. I wish i could remember the names of the staff i spoken with so i could give them the proper shout-out they deserve! They took care of my dogs as if they were their own. They were detailed in how the procedure would go, and they called when they were done and let me know they were safe when they could be picked up. The doctor who cleaned their teeth went over, in detail with me, how it went and explained the results of the cleaning and of their blood test. I felt really comfortable leaving my dogs in their care.

The prices for the services they offer here are very fair and affordable. Much cheaper than where I usually would take my dogs. So that is a HUGE plus! The office is very well kept and clean. Overall, I had a terrific first-time experience with Rock Creek, and I do believe I will be making them my primary vet for my dogs from now on. I live in Pocatello, but the 25ish minute drive to take my dogs where I know they are treated with respect is totally worth it!! I would recommend Rock Creek to anyone looking for a place to get care for your furry companions!!

The best vet we have ever seen. The entire is staff is so helpful and kind. We had a bad experience with another vet and rock creek was able to get us the answers we needed. We will never see another vet again!

We have take our little dog bruno to two other place to get some help with his hair triming.. both had failed. Took him to Rock Creek and they got it done..amazing people and help us with a couple other thing for him as well. Will never take my another place again. Rock Creek you guys are awsome. THANK YOU

We come from Twin falls to this vet for our two boxers Jax and Tyson because the service is so much better than the vets in our area. They are a great bunch of people who really care about your animals. I cannot recommend this place out while family uses them for our gangle of boxers.

I had an emergency with my MinPin just after getting into town. I called just before 4:00 and was told to “head on over” even though we are new clients and don’t even live in the area.
Sofie and I were treated with the utmost kindness and she was seen right away by Dr Boyer. He was very knowledgeable and addressed all our concerns. Thankfully I was able to take her home but I was given the Dr’s number for any emergency overnight and was assured they would check on Sofie in the morning.
I strongly recommend this veterinary practice!!

Rock Creek Veterinary Services is hands down the best vet that I have ever been to! Dr. Alan and Shannon are amazing.They treat you like old friends and you can tell that they genuinely care about your pets. I have a reactive dog who hates going in for yearly wellness exams. They were very accommodating and his appointment went very smooth, quick, and was a stress free as possible for him. Thank you so much Rock Creek! I cannot recommend them enough. 🙂
