Shortly after we were forced to put our German Shepherd down, our family received a heart-felt card of condolence that was signed by the entire staff. What a statement of care.

The folks at RSMAH took care of Shelbie from the time she was a pup and throughout her life she always received the finest of care from everyone there.

As soon as our hearts heal- we will be back with another pup.

Amazing care for our skinny pig. Everyone was delightful and clearly loved animals. Dr. Proctor was so good both with our piggy and our 9 year old, answering all of her questions and going above and beyond to teach her cool guinea facts.

Brought Sassy in to see Dr. Proctor and my cat has very low tolerance of being restrained. Proctor is literally a cat whisperer! Got everything done (vaccines and nail trim) within minutes! I can’t say thank you enough for taking care of my little baby.

This is the best animal hospital I’ve been to. I took my dog here for an exam and vaccines and every single person treated her like their own. She is a nervous one and they were very patient with her and went at her pace. She loved them with all her heart. I will definitely continue to come here.

Dr. Bruewer literally saved my dog’s life. He had complex health issues and she never gave up, and found the correct diagnosis that has him back to his old self again. The time and compassion that she and her staff have, and continue to show, is unmatched! Dash and I thank you!

I was dropped off at the wrong animal hospital. This lady at the front desk on 10/19/24 cause us a ride to cvsg were we needed to be. Very kind of her and I appreciate her very much. But I think I left my keys in her backseat, could some one get back to me ASAP to help me retrieve them? Please and thank you so much.
