Can't speak for what Dr. Clark himself is like, but the woman working there this morning while he was gone has singlehandedly lost my business. What's the point of having an empty OPEN vet office with no customers, the lights on, and staff standing in the lobby in their scrubs doing nothing, and then have that staff member turn away paying customers having an emergency and needing veterinary care No questions about "is this an emergency", no suggestions for other vets or animal hospitals in the area who might be able to help, no empathy of any kind. Any decent vet office, even if they couldn't get me an appointment that day, they would at least attempt to try to help, or at the VERY least point me in the direction of someone who could. My poor dog is sick and in a lot of pain and needing help and there was no compassion from this woman at all. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Great job. Just wish I had got a call telling me the surgery was successful and my kitten was fine, like I was told would happen. Lost alot of sleep that night. But all went OK & Kitty is doing fantastic.

He's a fair minded man with a great practice, as long as you can call early enough to get to see him. That said, I've been bringing all our rescues to him for the past several years, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else unless it was an emergency and I couldn't get him.

Highly recommend anyone to take their dog to Dr Clark. Pet Wellness Center wanted to charge us over $1,000 to extract a tooth and a teeth cleaning on our 15 yr old dog, when went and got a second opinion.Between Dr Clark and Dr. T.O. Miller in Murphysboro, we spent just about $300. Dr Clark extracted the tooth and Dr Miller did the teeth cleaning surgery. So grateful for the two of them. I highly recommend them both.
