Thank you very much for taking care of our Myah She was 15 years old and unfortunately we had to put her down. She was so sick. I never thought during this day we were prepared for it, but she was ready. The vet was very nice to us. They were running behind as they had an emergency and they explained that to us as well they would come in and periodically check on us and I thought that was very professional. The vet was extremely nice and all of the compassion from the staff we got a card with Myahs Paw prints How sad but so humbling at the same time rushed with emotions I felt because I really miss my Myah Raising her when she was a puppy and saying goodbye Is never going to be easy, but with the compassion of the staff giving us the time to grieve thank you very much for all of your services! Sincerely Tammie & John & Myah

This is a great Vetrinary clinic in Greene, NY. While they only have 2 exam rooms, they have always gotten us in quickly, with very little wait. They have helped our puppy and cat with care. The prices here are very reasonable compared to ANY vet in Murfreesboro, TN. You pull up to the practice, park in front of one of their designated parking areas, and call the phone number on the sign when you arrive. I imagine they had this procedure while Covid was in full swing, but they still do this procedure today. It's not bad at all. Everyone is friendly here and believes in good service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with this clinic was appalling. When we first brought our cat in for urgent care, they completely missed her diagnosis. 6 days went by before she finally received the correct treatment—precious time during which her eye was damaged.

To make matters worse, the first discharge paperwork clearly stated that an Elizabethan collar should be used if drainage was noted. Not only was drainage present, but they failed to provide the collar altogether. This is basic animal care, and they didn’t bother. Only after the second urgent care visit did we finally get the collar.

The manager, Jeffrey, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and insulting to me which is unacceptable for a place entrusted with the health and well-being of our pets. A reputable veterinary clinic should employ compassionate, competent professionals. Jeffrey made an already stressful situation so much worse. Zero compassion and zero accountability for the mistake on their end. I strongly advise taking your pet elsewhere.

This place is excellent. Couple years ago my boyfriend’s dog had to be put down. They took him right in after him never being there and it went extremely well we were able to bring him in through the back so we could have our privacy. The vet told us what he ended up having and let us have as much time as we wanted with him before it was time. I now take my dog Everest in and she loves everyone there. She gets mad when she can’t go in the back to the treats but I have been there for a few years and will always recommend this place to anyone.

I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am for the compassionate staff at Roman Acres. We had to bring our senior dog in today due to concerns with his health, which ended with a decision to bring him back at the end of the day and put him down in order to allow him a painfree passing. The staff were kind, gentle, patient, and beyond compassionate towards us and our dog. They treated him like one of their own even though they had never met him before and it was the end of a long day, they very well could have rushed us along and taken our money, but they did nothing of the such. Thank you for giving our best friend a peaceful and justified last few moments, and for going above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of emotionally as well. Please consider this animal hospital, you won't regret it.

My cat had a UTI and Roman Acres exceeded my expectations immensely especially considering other local vets wanted $189 dollars just to make an appointment. over the course of two visits the staff was wonderful with their care, reasonable appointment booking times and extremely fair pricing. I can not recommend this location enough.

The staff at Roman Acres are angels. They guided us through the traumatic passing of my best friend with grace and compassion. Right from the very first call I knew we were in good hands. The receptionist had the most gentle voice and the rest of the staff gave us as much time as we needed to process and say goodbye. The process was dignified, gentle, and filled with love. I can’t thank them enough.

It was 4th of July weekend and our doggie got a deep cut on her pad while swimming and was bleeding for a whole day, we started to get very nervous when we couldn't stop it! We called so many places but none were opened or couldn't help us, finally one place recommended Roman Acres to us and we are so grateful they did! They were super helpful and professional, they talked us through everything and they were extremely friendly! I had a question after our baby returned home and without hesitation they said e-mail us pictures and within a few minutes the doctor herself gave us a call and explained everything to us! We are beyond grateful and 100% are going to change our vet and come here now! Thank you so much for fixing Fiona's paw 🐾
