I’ve been bringing my three dogs here for over two years and highly recommend this office. Dr Hoard is our primary doctor and she is the BEST. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve also seen Dr Hanks and he was also fantastic. The office area and patient rooms are clean and the ambiance is very comfortable.

Stephanie and Dr. Hanks, and the team here were so kind and caring. I called because my family dog was hurt after being attacked and I needed to be seen urgently. They were able to take her in and I could tell Yumi was in good hands. They are very compassionate here and you can tell that the employees enjoy working there which puts pet parents at ease. This is an awsom veterinary hospital. On Oct 2nd I took my dog Whiskey into Rose Canyon Vet urgent care due to vomiting as well as a few other symptoms. I saw Dr Hanks he was very nice.
After examining Whiskey( my dog) We made a care plan, that included a sonogram and that tech would be able to see Whiskey later that day,so I left Whiskey and went home waited for them to call me with results. Unfortuneately the results were not good and quite unexpected. He had a tumor on his liver and galbladder was very enlarged with possibility of rupturing. Thier were 2 options, an emergency surgery with a speciality vet$12,000 with no gaurantee of outcome, or uthanise.(also Whiskey was 13 yrs. old.) I'm Sharing this story because even though I decideded uthanise I had the most amazing
experience due to Dr. Hanks and Staff. They put me in a private room and allowed me as much time as I needed to say goodbye.I let them know when I was ready and stayed through the whole process. Dr Hanks was wonderful, he showed so much compassion and understanding it was amazing. I totally was at peace even though it was very sad and difficult for me. I know Rose Canyon Animal hospital was the right choice. Losing our fur babies is the worst and Dr Hanks kindness
and caring heart helped me make it through this difficult process. His staff was also very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Rose Canyon Animal hospital to anyone who needs care for their pets. Amazing place!

Friendly staff who immediately acknowledged me and my pet upon our arrival. Minimal wait time followed by easy weigh-in and then thorough exam with all questions answered. My dog received her flea medication prescription and recommended vaccine. I paid a very reasonable examination/ vaccination fee and left with the updated documentation. Rose Canyon Animal Hospital was courteous and professional during our brief visit and addressed all of my concerns. Thanks!!

I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about my pet’s health. They went above and beyond to ensure my pet received the best care possible, all while keeping our costs in mind. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Rose Canyon Animal Hospital. My primary vet recommended we get our cat checked out by Rose Canyon as we were concerned about a urethral obstruction, and they had same day appointments available. Dr. Hoard and her team were so kind and patient and did such a great job of taking care of my cat. Dr. Hoard updated me throughout the process of the workup, imaging, and procedures she had to do for my cat. Her team was great at giving me a breakdown of the pricing before we elected to do anything. They even helped facilitate a transfer to a 24 hour facility so my cat could get around the clock care. Even while my cat was at the other facility and when he got discharged, Dr. Hoard or a team member would call me every day to check up on our cat to see how he was doing. I am so impressed by their commitment to their patients and families and will definitely be following up with my vet care here. Thank you to the incredible staff for taking care of my sweet cat during these stressful few days!

This is the best veterinary! We highly recommend them! We’ve moved and hadn’t had a vet established yet. I got an appointment for new patient urgent care but my pet’s situation turned into an emergency! They got him in immediately and he had emergency surgery. They were caring and kind and patient. They explained everything for the procedure very well before anything was done along with the cost of everything (not to mention their costs are extremely reasonable compare to other vets/urgent/ER visits). They stayed after hours to make sure we got our boy home that same night. They called to check on him before his next follow up. During all the follow ups they continued to be kind and caring. Our dog isn’t the smallest (100lbs) or easiest (busy boy) or the quietest (loves to speak his mind) by any means and they continued to show all the same care/kindness and Patience to him and us the whole time and every visit. We were so happy with their establishment …we’ve brought our cat here in the meantime for a check up and the same continued kindness and care was given to our cat though he is much more well behaved ?. We appreciate Dr.Hanks, Lyn and the whole team! Thank you for your CARE of our pets and especially the empathy and sincerity during our emergency. We appreciate you all!!

Our rescue Passion for Pitties loves Rose Canyon Animal Hospital. All the vets & staff are amazing , they get our pups in need in right away and have even stayed after hours to ensure our dogs don't go without. Stellar vet you should bring your pets there!!
