Dr Ross and staff were awesome. Attentive and answered all my questions. I notice that Dr Ross was gentle and care with Sparkle. She shook so much I thought she would have a heart attack. Instead her technician held her close and spoke softly calming her a bit. This experience was for Sparkle was a positive one. Thanks Dr Ross and staff for a wonderful experience that I will never forget.

I want to give the highest recommendation for Dr. Ross. She is the BEST vet. When I moved to Newton county in 2012, I tried another vet first before finding her. My dog had severe anxiety about going to the vet after a traumatic event as a puppy at a previous vet. Dr Ross was so compassionate and reassuring to my dog. Even though she still felt nervous, she was so much calmer with Dr Ross than all of her previous vets ( she had had multiple since we moved multiple times). She also did great with my outdoor cat. My family moved and I’m so sad to have to find a new vet. If you need a vet in Newton County, choose Dr. Ross. She is deeply kind and her love for animals shines through so clearly.

Great place and people! ..one of my favorite backyard hens was having a hard time walking so I searched out a poultry vet in Gwinnett and the surrounding area..
I could tell they were thoughtful of my pet, as they looked to get me a very prompt appointment - as to not keep her in pain.
The office staff was welcoming and kind; Dr. Ross did a thorough evaluation while the vet assistant handled my hen with great care! She took time to show and explain the X-rays to me and I left with peace of mind and a great recovery plan/treatment for my pet.

I just want to say....OMG!! Dr. Ross the staff and definitely the front receptionists are all wonderful and they definitely care for your pet as much as you do!! I've been bringing Bandit here for physical therapy when surgery wasn't an option. Bandit is doing wonderful and using his back leg again!! I can really see the results!! Thank you Ross Animal Hospital and staff y'all are awesome ❤️

This was my first time coming to Ross animal Hospital and rehabilitation center, and bringing my fur baby. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable and assisting me with all the questions that I had and provided me with everything same day even when I called to make the appointment they were very friendly and had a welcoming Atmosphere, I would highly recommend that you take your fur babies too.

Very friendly, organized and helpful staff. Dr. Ross was very kind and gentle as she told me about my dog's illness. She understood that the information, although not new, was painful to hear. Iwould not hesitate to recommend this Vet to any of my family or friends.
