Doc. Rowland is the best vet I've been to. When I got my new pup, Lulu, He was able to hook it up when my apartments were threatening to charge me $25 a day till she gets vaccinated. He made special arrangements that same day for my pup to get her rabies shot after I left him a message! I really appreciated that!! He is also genuinely a caring Doc. I'll be coming back every year to keep my Lulu protected. 🐾🐶💕

Doc Rowland is an AWESOME, AMAZING guy!! Took time out of his weekend to talk to me and give me advice on an emergency with my 2.5 month old kitten…and she was not even registered at his facility. Unbelievable!! This man really does care for our fur babies!! Of course my precious is now registered with him, along with her three sisters!! Highly recommend him!!! He is an awesome vet! AAA+++ Can’t say enough about him!!

Let me start by saying my one star is not for Doctor Roland—he is an amazing vet and just brilliant with my cats and dog. This rating is solely for the receptionists, particularly one who has consistently shown the worst attitude. Every time I’ve dealt with the front desk, this particular receptionist has been incredibly rude and ignorant.

During my last appointment, I was so appalled by her attitude and the way she spoke to me that I walked out of the appointment entirely. Unfortunately, this means all five of my animals will now be looking for a new vet. I sincerely apologize to Doctor Roland for taking my business away from him, as he truly is a great veterinarian. However, the poor customer service at the front desk has made it impossible for me to continue coming here. Overall, just a horrible experience every time I interacted with this woman, whether on the phone or in person. Her attitude and manner of speaking were simply unacceptable.

I am so happy I finally found a vet that really cares. Dr. Rowland and his staff are wonderful. We weren't rushed at all during our visit, my dog was comfortable with them. Nor did I have to wait an hour in my car and then wait an hour in the waiting room to see a vet. I am truly happy with them and so is my dog. A client forever. Thank you Dr. Rowland and Staff you are amazing.

Dr.Rowland and his techs were amazing. We took our 4 yr old dog who suffered from IVDD we were hopeless, but he gave us hope that with the proper care and meds he would recover. It’s been over a month and he is walking and doing so much better. We will always be thankful for his care to our fur baby.Thank you Dr.Rowland and Staff!

Doc Rowland is by far the best vet that I have ever known! He is so kind and attentive to Jakers. More than that, he makes you feel like family. He runs on what I call "football minutes" (🤣), but he is worth the wait. This is because I know Doc will give us the same time and care that he provides to each and everyone of his patients. This man goes above and beyond the call of "doody" (pun intended) and I appreciate that in a business owner. Like Jakers, Doc is a rare breed and we love him for it! 💖
