My little girl Atari has had her share of visits since starting here 6/7 months ago when we moved from San Diego. We've become regulars and appreciate the whole office so much. Dr. Shattuck is excellent. We had a great doctor in S.D. and are glad to have found another awesome female run business. Shout outs to Riley, Kelly & Maria, always wonderful. Plus the office is 30 seconds away for us. Love them.?

Great experience with this office. The front office staff, vets, and techs are all so caring and compassionate. The vet I worked with was knowledgeable and helped explain everything so I could understand. You can tell she loves what she does and cares greatly.

We had heard so many good things about this vet clinic and were willing to make a longer drive but our experience has been disappointing, to say the least. Our 10 month lab got kennel cough about a month ago and Royle couldn’t get him in. Totally fine, we went to Three Rivers Urgent Care. Then this past weekend Leonard almost died from pneumonia and had to be hospitalized. When I called Royle to make a follow up appointment for this week the very least they could have said was “I’m so sorry, how is he doing? I will see what we can do and get back to you” (you know, express some sort of empathy). Maria didn’t even ask how he was doing or express any sort of sympathy or empathy, just said it was office policy they couldn’t get us in for another week and a half. I will be going somewhere else where they care about my family members.

Brand new building, Amazing vets, amazing service. Very caring and careful with our babies. We will be coming here for our future visits. Highly recommended. 15 out of 10. <3
