I went there with a simple problem, the original doctor seemed quite good, but the next doctor completely contradicted her and left me wondering what the heck was going on. Dr. Marinoff couldn’t tell from an x-ray what she was looking at. But I paid $450 for that x-ray and for it to be read by a radiologist. Frightening, nothing was done for my dog at all now I’m having to go get a completely different pin from somebody who knows what she’s talking about. The office has not been able to help me because Dr. Marinoff has not returned my call and the office manager has not returned my call. To think I was referred by someone. But then again her dog died.

Everyone who works there is very kind and truly seems to care about the animals they treat. Unfortunately our animals have dkin & ear problems combined with a yearly check up is very expensive for 2 digs whose owners are on social security. Their problems are very costly.

Every single person that works there is so sweet & friendly & so helpful. From the front door til you see Dr & than pay for services they are all just a Class A Group!! They always follow up next day to see how your baby (pet) is after procedure was done. And right now with Covid going on they go above & beyond to do things correctly so everyone stays healthy & I really appreciate that. Thank you Ruskin Animal Hospital for taking such great care of Zadie & Lil Piper the pistol.

Dr Miranov and Tech Darrell did a great job to get to know Duchess. She can be intimidating at times and they did a great job of keeping her occupied and diagnosed in no time. She’s on the path to healing. Darrell went above and beyond obtaining a prescription they were out of.
