They were so wonderful to me and my daughter and quick about helping us with our injuried kitten. Got us in right away and they were very caring and did such a great job helping us with our fur baby. She is starting to feel better.

I recently brought my dog in (who wasn’t a pre-existing client) because we suspected she had pyrometra. The staff had us come in right away and took care of my dog in a friendly, time efficient manner. They were very thorough about what to expect during the surgery and risks. I left her feeling confident she was in good hands and when I picked her up they were friendly and went over everything I needed and called today (day 1 post-surgery) to check in on her and ask if I had any questions and made sure I was comfortable calling back if I needed anything. I chose them on a whim and will go to them every single time now! I couldn’t recommend them more!

This vet is very informative as well as friendly. They handled my dog with such care and actually listened to what I was explaining. My dog eneded up having to have an emergency surgery which they got him right in. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. I'm so thankful for the team. They saved my dogs life. Absolutely recommend them to all.

Way too busy to give any attention to detail. They failed to give me vital advice and information on my animals diagnosis, causing lots of distress to me, and my animal. I am the type of person and pet owner to do anything and be open to all conversation and/or solution to whatever the situation is, but they failed to deliver on their part to inform me of such solutions and information. I know lots of other people have had good experiences here, but unfortunately, I have not, and would like others to have a heads up of what they could experience here.

I moved my pet care to Rustebakke about a year ago and I'm so glad that I did! They have been great to work with and they often have availability sooner then 7-14 days so I don't have to wait long for one of my pets to be seen. 10/10!

After calling multiple, larger vets in the LC Valley and being turned down time and time again because my cats head trauma, broken tooth and dilated pupils were not enough cause to come in same day, Rustebakke Vet came through. They are incredibly professional, got me in WITHIN THE HOUR I called and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for an exam and meds. The doctor was very professional and highly educated. They didn’t try to dupe me into expensive treatments or emergency fees. You can tell they care about their animals far more than a paycheck.
My kitty is feeling soooo much better thanks to RVS. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Staff friendly, attentive, and professional. The veterinarian examining my pet was so gentle that my cat was calmer than she has ever been. A wonderful place for good care.
