I brought my dog in for persistent cough. Hadn't been able to sleep since yesterday. I was super stressed and definitely looking like a hot mess. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. All the staff was helpful and compassionate. The vet was also very understanding of my financial situation and offered the best treatment plan at an affordable price. Thank you all so much!!

This is the best vet hospital I’ve ever been to. The nurses and doctors are so nice and truly love the animals. The waiting area is very welcoming and the staffs are so friendly. They made me feel comfortable handing my fur baby to their care. I took my dog there for an emergency surgery and they did such a great job. I would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone who needs 24hr emergency vet service.

I am so thankful for this veterinary hospital! The staff are kind, understanding, and attentive even though they deal with very stressful situations all day and night. They were able to see my dog in a reasonable time frame, and Dr. Chung spotted and removed a foxtail seed from his ear canal. She’s amazing - very professional, efficient, and thorough! They’re doing the Lord’s work here taking care of our beloved pets.

What can I say but that they saved my little man! The morning of I took him to a new vet (I just recently moved to the area) for an annual check up and some concerns with his tummy. With next to no information beyond him having a large mass in his abdomen the vet told me "the prognosis was not good" so I was not in a good way when I decided to get a 2nd (more informed opinion). Their specialists were supposed to leave at 4pm but it was Friday and they wouldn't be back until Monday so they told me to get there ASAP and stayed late to do the ultrasound. I knew by 6pm that surgery was a good option and he went under the knife that night and was home Saturday night. They kept me informed through phone, email, and text and the overall payment ended up being $2k less than the minimum quoted. The care and empathy they showed for me and my little man is without comparison! I couldn't be happier!

Babysitting a dog that ran off and ate a piece from a bone. The owner is out of the country. Asked their service rep over the phone while I panicked on advice. They weren't understandable with the situation and also mentioned that the owner is required if I want to take it in for them to make it throw up professionally. Guess what? I took it to a different emergency vet farther away, and they said he's completely normal and able to break down even that small bone. No procedure is needed. Making the dog throw up would've made it worse. The dog is fine and energetic.

My review is based on my experience from the staff that answers the phones. I had an emergency situation with my dog after midnight and they were very friendly, informative, & compassionate. They have a radiology dept. which I didn't need to use but I learned most places outsource and I was left in limbo by another facility, that was eventually able to get the ultrasound done. It's nice to know they were available in case the place my dog was at wasn't. They didn't have room to take my dog overnight, if they did I would've had her there. The staff you have as first contact on phone are awesome. Thanks so much
