I love the groomers.. They take such good care of my baby girl!!! She is actually 9 years old and Pearland and League City groomer’s at Safari are the only ones I would let take care of her.

Thi was my 2nd time at Safari Pearland and again, they exceeded my expectations and treated my baby girl with much TLC. The convenience availability and compassion are a 10, the best. The doctor and staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
Overall, I felt comfortable knowing we left with the information and meds we needed to get back to good health.

My little 16 yo Chihuahua got in the middle of rough housing of mine and my daughter’s dogs and got injured. My vet was closed for the day, so I decided to call Safari Animal Hospital in Pearland. Even though we had never seen them before they told us to come in immediately because they could hear her screaming in pain. Their office is super clean, comfortable and very trendy. They got us in a room immediately and the tech was there and took copious notes for the vet to review. The vet came in almost immediately and thoroughly checked her out. She had a superficial tooth mark on her neck but she also had one of her two teeth she had left knocked out and that’s why she was yelping and bleeding. They gave her a pain shot and the option to do a senior bloodwork panel on her which I declined since she already had that at her regular vet earlier this year. They weren’t pushy nor did they try to get us to start seeing them and steal us away from our beloved vet. But had we not had developed such a bond with our vet, I would have switched in a heartbeat. We just love our current vet. When he retires, we’re are switching to Safari Animal Hospital. Their staff was all top notch, caring, and very thorough! Their office is state of the art and their lobby and clinic rooms were very comfortable and fun. Not only is this a vet hospital but they also do grooming and boarding. Not only do they treat domestic animals they also treat guinea pigs, iguanas and other exotic animals! Give them a call to see if they can care for your snake or tarantula. I think they are the full service package! I will definitely be checking out the grooming services for my mom’s dog! For an emergency visit, I got in and out of there in 30 minutes for less than $135! You can’t hardly see your vet for a regular checkup for that! I love to let others know about the good services available in our our backyards. If you are on the fence with your current vet, are dissatisfied or simply are new to the area and looking for a great all round service vet, groomer, and kennel ; then look no further than Safari Animal Hospital at the corner of Hwy 35 and John LizerRd/Magnolia just next to the Valero and across the street from the Chevron gas station with the Jack in the Box. I promise you won’t be disappointed!?

Saved the day! I’m a local vet myself but my clinic was without power after the storm and my own dog was ill. I called and got an appt and they helped me tremendously. My boy is on his way to feeling better and I’m so appreciative to the staff that helped me because I was worried and a ball of emotions. Thank you so much for your kind staff and doctor. I appreciate you more than you know!

The staff were patient and thorough in helping my pet with his exams and care. They asked many questions and gave us room to ask our own to cover all bases. The veterinarian was also informative in explaining his diagnosis and treatment plan. Their clinic is very well maintained and welcoming, and my pet felt more comfortable here than with previous clinics. Overall I'm happy with their service and for a first time visitor, I'm glad I choose them for their quality of care.

(This is a review of the Pearland location on Nov 27, 2024)
The receptionist and the vet techs- 5stars ⭐️. They did their jobs well and were kind to both me and my dog.
In the process of diagnosing my small dog, who had ingested human ivermectin, the reason he needed to be seen, Dr. Frank went off on a tangent asking me why there was ivermectin from South America in my home. I explained, though I didn’t have to, and really shouldn’t have been asked, that it was obtained on a mission trip and many people believe it is helpful for treating colds, etc. Also, that due to the Covid pandemic people believe it cures Covid, to which she immediately replied, “And we laugh at them.” She did diagnose my dog, ordered 400ml of subcutaneous fluid in office, and told me about emergency clinics in my area in case of seizures. I visited the League City location of Safari Animal Hospital later that day and received excellent care in a respectful manner and more effective treatments for my dog. I was treated respectfully and the focus was on helping my fur baby instead of scolding me.
My experience with Dr. Frank left me with the impression that she is negative, judgmental, and somewhat unprofessional.
