I take both my fur babies here for vaccinations/spaying and I couldn't be happier with the great service that Safe Harbor offers! ? The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. They walk you through the best options for your pet, at affordable prices. My cats are pretty shy but they behaved themselves during their vet appointments! I definitely recommend Safe Harbor to care for your pet.

Safe Harbor has always provided such good care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats over the years. It's easy to schedule an appointment online and get in quickly. My cat Ethel is now 20 years old and still thriving thanks to their advice and care. They listen to my preferences, offer suggestions and resources, and there's never any pressure for unwanted treatments. (I prefer core vaccines only.) The staff are all very professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate.

I had seen Dr. Raina Perez at Safe Harbor many years ago for my prairie dog and she took great care of him at his monthly visits. It has been awhile since I had been there but was able to get an appointment within 1 day this time for another prairie dog, which was today.

Dr. Perez is always very friendly, very professional, cares about my pets, and also makes sure they are safe when in her care. My visit today was the same type of care and she also remembered me from years ago.

I would definitely recommend her for any pet needing care. Also, one of her helping partners, Theresa, is amazing as well. ❤️

Another plus for me is that the office is always clean and has a comfortable atmosphere.

The wait was a little long , but when the dr did make it in they explained there had been a couple
Of emergencies that took longer than a normal visit. Which to me made the wait worthwhile , because I would want the same care for my Ruby if she had an emergency that put some checkups behind schedule. Very informative, very kind and thorough as well.

I always bring my pocket pets (fancy rats) to Safe Harbor where they are given the best care by both veterinarians and technicians. I am always provided with all the information and best recommendations for my little furry children in order make decisions in their best interest and quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Platzer and Dr. Perez for your exotics and pocket pets! The Landfair Mischief and Mom thank the Safe Harbor team for their quality care! ❤️
