Nightmare and rude! I went in sick at 7pm and even though the nurse was nice......she messed up the pharmacy so bad i couldn't get medication because she sent me across to to a Walmart pharmacy THATVWAS CLOSED and by the time I could get my medication to a different Pharmacy I realized everything else will be closed and how are you supposed to get something transferred from a closed pharmacy? Their office was also closed so I was totally screwed!

Horrible experience - showed up early Saturday morning, was one of 2 patients in the office. took my kid in with severe hip pain, took an hour to get in front of a doctor, doctor spent less than 2 minutes with her. Spent 1.5 hours in this building, and the staff forgot about us in a room - we finally left having no results from X-rays, no prescriptions given, no discharge instructions - borderline malpractice going on in this clinic.

Went to urgent care in severe pain from my rib popping out. Crying in the waiting room for 40 minutes and still didn’t even get in to see the doctor. I was told I was not priority, but the women before me were NOT in the pain I was. Asked how much longer and was told maybe another 40 minutes all the rooms still had the same 3
Patients for over an hour. Triage doesn’t do priority over placement. Left in pain and will never go back again EVER!!! Horrible place!!!!

This is a little late posting since my visit was back on April.
I can't thank all the staff at this Star urgent care facility.
I went in very very sick. Wasn't sure what I had.
I saw Jake and he nailed exactly what I had. He ordered the right tests that I needed. When they came back positive Dr. Graft knew the exact prescription for me.
Brenda and Elenore were awesome ? ?.
Elenore checked on me several times after my visit.
The whole staff from the girls up front to all that staff that took care of me I can't thank you enough.
I was so sick and all of you stepped right up.
So a HUGE THANK YOU.
You all deserve to be recognized!!!

My son had an eye infection and we arrived 40 minutes before closing and we were sent away, the receptionist said the doctor/patient ratio was overloaded and they could not take any more patients. There was one gentleman in front of us and no one in the waiting room. Later I learned that an Urgent Care cannot send people away. Really disappointed. We live in Middleton and had to drive to Eagle. My son was not able to receive his antibiotics that night bc of this delay.

We’ve been to Star urgent care twice now for my son and once for myself. They have an incredibly kind and caring staff and have always provided great care with referrals to specialists as needed. So grateful to have them in our community!

While on vacation my son developed pink eye. Our insurance sent us here and I was very pleased with the efficiency of the office and the level of care we received. The provider we saw was very kind and helpful!
