The team at SBVC is awesome! I wouldn’t trust my fur babies with anyone else. Ginger loves getting laser therapy and getting extra pets & attention from the staff. I had such a pleasant experience at San Benito Veterinary Center today with my Australian Shepherd, Aiko. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly kind, understanding, and empathetic, making a typically stressful visit smooth and comfortable for both Aiko and me.

Aiko is a fearful, reactive dog, but Dr. Arthur Sanders and the lovely technician, whose name I forgot to grab, were amazing with her. They allowed us to wait in the car after checking in, which helped keep Aiko calm. When they were ready, they came out to retrieve us, showing a great understanding of her needs.

Dr. Sanders was exceptionally patient and understanding of Aiko's reactions. He allowed her to approach him first, ensuring she felt safe before continuing with the exam. This level of empathy and patience made a huge difference.

Mikaeyla at the reception was also fantastic, ensuring a smooth check-in process and being attentive to our needs!

I highly recommend San Benito Veterinary Center for their exceptional care and understanding, especially for pets with special behavioral needs. We look forward to our future visits, knowing Aiko is in such caring and capable hands. Thank you, Dr. Sanders and the entire team, for your outstanding service!

Great experience trust Dr. With my Susieq, he has saved her life on more than one occasion. When they say they are your family pet care center they mean it. We are all family. Wouldn't go any where else.

We called for an appointment and was able to book one for the next day. Staff were friendly and Veterinarian was knowledgeable. She answered our questions and made sure we felt at ease with our cat's condition. Love this Veterinary Center! Highly recommend.

I have been taking my senior doggies to this clinic during the pandemic more often due to their age. They have been super helpful and compassionate every time. I understand how busy it gets to the point where it's hard to get a call back, but they do recommend other places instead of leaving you hanging. Much respect to the vet team! Thank you for everything you do!
