The doctor's here are AMAZING!!! Dr. Watanabe is like a real life Dr. Doolittle...he's incredible at reading his animal clients. Dr. Jeff his associate is also excellent!!
My little adorable furry baby girl Butters, got sick on Friday morning before the Labor Day holiday. I was soooooo worried, that I wouldn't be able to get her help before the weekend. I called the office and they immediately took action to get us in!! After a quick check, we were given some medicine and we were on our way. They followed up with the test results on Tuesday, and gratefully, Butters is doing great once again!!
You need to get on a wait list for the first visit, to establish your pet as a patient. Once you do that, you're pet will be treated like a VIP!!
Be prepared because, they don't take credit cards, only checks or cash. Other than that, they're are great!!

The doctors are great here. We have been going to them 15 years and I feel like they have added years to the lives of my dogs. I had two labs live to be 18 and 17 when both diagnosed with bad forms of cancer. I think the kindest thing they ever did was to do surgery on a little poodle we found that was a mess. Tumor covering her lower body they examined her and said it is not pretty but we can remove it! No promises made but were straight with us that if they did not think they could save they would tell us. They did the surgery and we had a new dog that gave us joy for five more years. The last thing is they are also very compassionate when it is time to say goodbye even when you don't want to. All this makes them the best vet combo ever.

Best Vet ever! Doctor W and Doctor J love animal’s so much they give it all! Everyone that works here as well love’s animals kind and patient the best place to be with your pet when in need of help or a basic check up. Dr. Watanabe is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and extremely good with his patients. You should see all the dogs perk up when they see him because seeing him means treats. He has built up that type of positive rapport with his furry clients as well as their doting "parents ". His staff is very good and professional. The office is immaculate. Couldn't be happier!

Dr. Watanabe is just the best vet around!!! We have been going to him for over 25 years and two kitties. Great, great staff too. Strictly a cash or check operation but that assists the doctor in keeping prices down.

Truly a brilliant vet. We started with him when we lived in Pasadena and keep coming back even though we're now a 2 hour drive away (one way). He is really that good. He has saved our dog's life multiple times, and we have the comfort of knowing that when he says it's time to let her go, that we will know without any doubt that it's time (she's 15). He has given us so much more time - and high quality time - with her than we ever would have had otherwise.

Dr.Watanabe is extremely knowledgeable. He knows more medicine than most physicians. His clinic is clean and his staff is friendly and helpful. You can always take your pet there with confidence that he or she will be treated with love and respect.

Dr. Watanabe is truly one of a kind. A warm, caring, and extremely knowledgeable vet, he took such wonderful care of our labrador, Benji when we lived in San Marino. Our dog knew him by name and got so excited when we mentioned Dr. Watanabe, let alone when we met him during check ups. We will never forget the kindness, compassion, and love he showed our dog during his later years and especially during his last visit before my parents moved to India with Benji. Dr. Watanabe and his staff (especially Mary!) are simply the best and definitely worth going to.
