I'd like to start by saying that coming here was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. The receptionists and my counselor always made feel welcome.With the help of my counselor, Chad, I was able to make actual progress after struggling with 30+ years of difficulties with my mental health. Chad was always friendly, professional, and eager to help. He really thought through each dilemma I brought up and was able to give insight and helpful advice throughout my appointments. I will forever be grateful for the improvement my life has had after coming here.

I called to inquire about getting an appointment for my daughter after being referred by her pediatrician. The receptionist was short, abrupt and incredibly rude. She kept cutting me off and said our insurance "wouldn't pay very well" even though we have double coverage and they have paid in full for one of my other child's counseling at Primary Children's hospital. I ended up hanging up in tears. As the first contact for families who are going through some of the most difficult times in their lives, she should have some training in a little kindness. I don't know how good the counselor is but there's no way we'd ever come here and have to deal with that rudeness.

The doctor is lovely and charming- although I never got to speak to him face to face. I'm now into the second year of dealing with them about testing my son. In January I asked for a bill stating I paid in full as I only got a square one bill so I can't prove I paid everything. I was promised an official receipt and list referrals to a doctor for my kid never received and now they no longer take my calls or call back. I was given a test to make up for all I have had to deal with but never received a report with the results. The receptionist was gossiping about other patients personal stuff on the phone as I sat in the lobby. The doctor who did the first test for my son never introduced herself and after being told to expect the test to last between 5-8 hours in 45 minutes we were told it was done and I know it's silly but when you have to pay so much you want to be sure you are not just getting rubber-stamped.
Considering these guys were recommended to me I am dismayed with how we were treated and I cut a lot of slack because this happened during the height of covid. If asked if I would recommend them I'd tell you to try to find anyone else

Jess at Sanctuary Counseling was nothing but professional and kind. In a matter of weeks she helped me to work through postpartum anxiety and depression issues. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, and sincere in her desire to help me. Words cannot express how helpful she was in my journey to finding myself as mother and healing from past trauma.

I used their services to improve my relationship with my family and without getting too specific, I am very please with the results. I've also learned tools and skills to improve my relationships with others around me.

I've been doing work in this field for over 15 years. Out of all the testing I've done, this is by far the most accurate, in depth, and helped answer questions I didn't know I had. The inclusion of Nero-psychology into testing opens up many other ways of viewing and evaluating results that typical Psychologists might overlook. If testing needs done, this clinic is the best option. By far.

Web information is outdated. Called for appointment w Shawn P (he is listed in the "About Us" section) for premarital counseling and he hasn't worked at this location for about 6 months. Rosie or Rose seemed like she had no knowlwdge of the services they provide.

They were very patient doing the mental health testing, my kids enjoyed their experiences here, and they answered my questions and have good resources for referrals when needing other services.
