Very reliable place for all your shipping needs. I used to drop off directly at USPS but my packages were stolen right from the bin, so it’s worth it to pay the $1 to drop off at Sandbox securely.

The workers are always polite and their new location is clean and organized.

Very convenient place, never really had any issues with Sandbox. A go-to for shipping, copying, faxing, computer, postage, envelopes, boxes, etc.
Staff is usually always friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed having Sandbox Pack & Ship in Flatbush, despite the fact they would be randomly closed on weekdays on many occasions, and the huge 'hit or miss' attitude factor with their employees on a day to day basis - Raj was super helpful, but most everyone else gave off a lot of attitude and didn't seem to know their procedures for regular pre-paid mailbox holders. We were literally 'Box 1', their first customers, and supported their business with tons of packages and deliveries. Unfortunately they closed May 31 and promised to return all of our prepaid mailbox rental money (had 3 months to go on our 6 months advanced payment - which is what they required). After no less than 10 phone calls, emails and direct Twitter messages, we still have not received a penny, a message or call back, and have heard nothing but lies from Bree the manager about checks being in the mail etc, it's been over 4 months and it's very clear they have no plans on giving us back our money despite us saying we were happy to stop into their Clinton Hill store to pick up a check in person. Extremely disappointing and hard to understand a customer oriented business literally stealing our money and having such little integrity. Go to a UPS store instead.

If you're looking for a place where the employees have personal conversations with their friends via headphone while they are "helping" you ship a package, definitely check out Sandbox on Myrtle! I can't think of a better place to find staff that charges you an arm and a leg while ALSO acting like you are a burden for being there at all.

This place is doing a service for the neighborhood, unlike UPS who charges you $5.00 to print THEIR label. They have tape, paper cutters, computers, printers, even pens! yea they charge you a $1.00, but this is really a life saver for those that don't have a printer. Thank you so much for your business!! Some people don't understand what a service you're providing to this community!

Great service and pretty fast, the worker there was incredible( they had tats on arm and wore a cap I believe, I didnt get a name). They took care of everyone there with smiles and jokes while we all waited to be taken cared of (she deserves a bonus 🙂 ). Place was clean as well, definitely my only spot to go to when I need to print, ship or send stuff.
